T21n1420_p0962a20:論曰:若人欲作法時,於月十五日,淨治一室,
T21n1420_p0962a21:以牛糞塗地,復以香塗塗之。齊戒二七日,清
T21n1420_p0962a22:淨澡口,著淨衣裳,入此室中。取五色綖,誦呪
T21n1420_p0962a23:一返作一結,如是二十遍作二十結,以綖繫
T21n1420_p0962a24:臂。若以惡人或百人隨其千萬欲來相害者,
T21n1420_p0962a25:以一檀指,口中但唱:小子𠱚我矣。以一彈指,
T21n1420_p0962a26:彼惡人即自縛,以自鞭持。以四返彈指,時彼
T21n1420_p0962a27:惡人即變作蛇頭,即口中羊聲叫喚。復取章
T21n1420_p0962a28:柳根剋為人形,呪十返口中含之,以瞋諸惡
T21n1420_p0962a29:人,以口唾之,即皆著疾,不解終不休。取五色
T21n1420_p0962b01:綖,呪亦七返,口中含之。若有含,一吐四十步
T21n1420_p0962b02:地大香不可言。若一切多食惡病,一吐氣,此
T21n1420_p0962b03:諸患者即愈。賊盜其物,其不能知所者,取
T21n1420_p0962b04:一小兒年七歲者,呪此小兒七返,其小兒即
T21n1420_p0962b05:道其所住處。若賊北葙,即北向呪之,賊即皆
T21n1420_p0962b06:自縛來。東西南北一種,隨意所用。法不得食
T21n1420_p0962b07:芸[A1]薹、酒肉、五辛,皆不得食之。婦女產生皆不
T21n1420_p0962b08:得見。但好心精進,呪人大驗。勿妄傳於世,世
T21n1420_p0962b09:人多不信之。但呪[歹*(刃/一)]之,雖六塵寒識,即心中
T21n1420_p0962b10:生信,不能不信。若不信者,勿與其法。好心用
T21n1420_p0962b11:之大驗。

T21n1420_p0962b16:論曰:若人好心山居、或飢餓世行,於道路大
T21n1420_p0962b17:飢時,於月十五日淨治一室,取牛糞塗地,
T21n1420_p0962b18:復以香燃燈上,取柳枝二十根,燃十二層燈。
T21n1420_p0962b19:取土公字作燈炷,復取一升黃土,以誦呪。復
T21n1420_p0962b20:取五色,呪此黃土八百返作一結,如是乃至
T21n1420_p0962b21:八千返,以復綖作結。以夜地燃燈,呪此令斷
T21n1420_p0962b22:絕,然後將黃土著大巷頭道中。若飢饉時,取
T21n1420_p0962b23:一升土,以呪三十返,此土色不變。取土食之,
T21n1420_p0962b24:味如粳米飯大美好。食之五斗,餘長者散與
T21n1420_p0962b25:神祇。一食,三日不飢。法不食牛肉、五辛、芸[A2]薹,
T21n1420_p0962b26:一切惡物皆不得食之。若食者,作法不成。土
T21n1420_p0962b27:公字呂萬。

T21n1420_p0962c02:取禹餘糧二升、赤石脂一兩、白石英一兩、朱
T21n1420_p0962c03:沙一兩。於一淨室中,取禹餘粮,樢蓰作末,去
T21n1420_p0962c04:中惡物。取赤石脂作末,蓰之使細好。各作
T21n1420_p0962c05:未和之,以誦此呪,呪此藥二十返,以方寸匕
T21n1420_p0962c06:日三食,一匕服令盡,即得十年不飢,氣力丁
T21n1420_p0962c07:強大,犇不可言。作時不食酒肉、五辛、芸[A3]薹,皆
T21n1420_p0962c08:不得食之也。
T21n1420_p0962c09:呪作人至成法。呪曰:

T21n1420_p0962c15:一升許,以絹羅之使絕細,以蜜半升和之作
T21n1420_p0962c16:丸。以呪之二十返,呪一返結五色綖一結,如
T21n1420_p0962c17:是二十結。取死人血塗上衣裳絕以大自然
T21n1420_p0962c18:以言語。若以不作時,還以解結,此胡小兒還
T21n1420_p0962c19:如故。復取一大石如斗許大者,以水澡口誦
T21n1420_p0962c20:此呪,呪此名四十返,自達入虛空中一丈,還
T21n1420_p0962c21:自下地。法不食牛肉并酒肉、五辛。

T21n1420_p0963a09:即成。坐滿一百二十日,不為災之所及,世
T21n1420_p0963a10:人莫能見之,亦不思食。須起即去。欲坐還如
T21n1420_p0963a11:前。法此呪不得食酒肉、五辛、十二屬閭、芸[A4]薹

T21n1420_p0963a13:龍樹菩薩五明印論第五
T21n1420_p0963a14:論曰:世間一切人愚癡弊惡抱疾者,多不值
T21n1420_p0963a15:良醫,救療失所。惡鬼所惚為病,增劇至死不
T21n1420_p0963a16:愈。及一切修道之人,被其王難,走避無所故。
T21n1420_p0963a17:以此五印,令一切有智之人習學,為一切眾
T21n1420_p0963a18:生療治重病,及遜王賊水火之難。懃心習學,
T21n1420_p0963a19:作之莫忘,急難之時無不得免。若作此五印
T21n1420_p0963a20:法者,不得共一切婦女小兒同止眠臥,亦不
T21n1420_p0963a21:得食五辛、大䒾隔、芸[A5]薹等。

T21n1420_p0963b10:上印,則自現身。若逢水難,誦呪呪印三七返,
T21n1420_p0963b11:閉目取印,印水合眼而渡,則得過難。若遭惡

T21n1420_p0963b13:不見,多人追不見,亦不可見所欲去處,無諸
T21n1420_p0963b14:災障,亦無惡人橫來加害。此之印法作時甚
T21n1420_p0963b15:驗,莫妄傳。若妄傳者,非其人也。有信之人乃
T21n1420_p0963b16:可與之,無信之人實莫妄與。

T21n1420_p0963c03:塗之,誦呪七百返,帶之將行。欲治一切人病
T21n1420_p0963c04:時,更以朱沙塗,呪三七返,隨有病處,以印印
T21n1420_p0963c05:之無不得差。若至空山曠野嶮難惡處,誦呪
T21n1420_p0963c06:呪三七返,以印向之,一切惡獸自然退散,無
T21n1420_p0963c07:能為害。復若有一切畜生著其氣,亦用此印
T21n1420_p0963c08:印之,呪三七返,印其額上,以桃杖打之,所有
T21n1420_p0963c09:病氣自然除差。又以此印呪七七返,用朱沙
T21n1420_p0963c10:塗之,縱使十人重立捉印,印前頭一人,此印
T21n1420_p0963c11:重過,無有閨礙。若不驅重過,直呪手三七返
T21n1420_p0963c12:摩印面,用印前人,其十人背上皆見印文。若
T21n1420_p0963c13:欲至大臣長者家隱身不現者,誦呪呪印九百
T21n1420_p0963c14:返,以朱沙塗,因左手捉在於胸前,所欲至處
T21n1420_p0963c15:人皆不見,亦不見其形影。若到大臣長者家,
T21n1420_p0963c16:欲與作鎮怪,以朱沙塗印,誦呪呪印三七返,
T21n1420_p0963c17:用印淨紙安堂門壁上,其家不見此印,其長者
T21n1420_p0963c18:身若欲眠臥,即見種種不祥之相,及見野叉
T21n1420_p0963c19:惡鳩槃荼等集在其家,終日常爾。其家處處
T21n1420_p0963c20:求覓良醫,闡恤厭㒹遣之,終不能得。若欲令
T21n1420_p0963c21:其生信,方便到彼說法化之,令其調伏,隨人
T21n1420_p0963c22:受化,然後與却壁上紙印,其家所有一切魃
T21n1420_p0963c23:祥自然磨滅。長者迴心敬順三寶,有無所
T21n1420_p0963c24:獲得。若遭王難急厄之時,閉其門戶不能得
T21n1420_p0963c25:出,呪印七返,以向其門,即自開闢無有障
T21n1420_p0963c26:礙,自然免難。此之印法作時甚驗,實莫妄
T21n1420_p0963c27:傳非其人也。復不食五辛、酒肉、大䒾隔,忌芸

T21n1420_p0964a14:宿印。以朱沙塗,誦呪呪九百返,所欲去處無
T21n1420_p0964a15:不稱意。若欲與一切眾生除其病難者,當用
T21n1420_p0964a16:此印,將病人在一室,以香水浴身,隨有病處
T21n1420_p0964a17:以印印之,無不得差。若入山谷,亦以此印向
T21n1420_p0964a18:之,一切師子虎狼蒺䔧諸狩不能為害。若有
T21n1420_p0964a19:怨家求人長拒者,誦呪呪印三返,以印向之,
T21n1420_p0964a20:彼即自調伏,慈心向人不能侵近。若有婦女
T21n1420_p0964a21:產生難者,以其朱沙用塗印面,捉印印淨紙,
T21n1420_p0964a22:與其婦女令吞,兒則易生。子捉印出體平整,
T21n1420_p0964a23:不為惡鬼得其便。如是星宿印法,所用之處
T21n1420_p0964a24:無不稱願。若欲作時,一切婦女小兒等不得
T21n1420_p0964a25:見,亦不得同止眠宿。此法甚驗,實莫妄傳,傳
T21n1420_p0964a26:者非其人。甚祕之。

T21n1420_p0964c06:諸善神。取桃木根方匕四寸,以剋此印。燒五
T21n1420_p0964c07:色繒作灰,以朱沙和擣,取井花水清淨,誦呪
T21n1420_p0964c08:呪七百返,用塗印面,恒受持將行,避一切障
T21n1420_p0964c09:難,亦治一切病痛。若有人被惡鬼所持,乍
T21n1420_p0964c10:寒乍熱,隨其痛處以藥塗,呪之三七返,用
T21n1420_p0964c11:印痛處,痛則除愈。若遭水難,呪印三七返,閉
T21n1420_p0964c12:眼印踏而過之,不能為溺,則過度。若一切比
T21n1420_p0964c13:丘、比丘尼、憂婆塞、憂婆夷,為王難、共諸外道
T21n1420_p0964c14:角試道力不及於他,持此印者,一心存念,
T21n1420_p0964c15:呪印七百返,在於眾中外道所作以印向之,
T21n1420_p0964c16:其所作者皆不成就。復以此印向其國王,則
T21n1420_p0964c17:大歡喜,心意柔順,無不調伏。作此印法時,用
T21n1420_p0964c18:左手提在於胸,印即自不現。作時慎莫令人
T21n1420_p0964c19:見,若見作則不成。復以此印誦呪呪印四百
T21n1420_p0964c20:八返,用印頭戴,身即不現,隨有去處無所障
T21n1420_p0964c21:礙。此印法甚驗,心有求者無不獲得。甚祕之。
T21n1420_p0964c22:實莫向一切不信人邊妄說是非,有信者喚
T21n1420_p0964c23:共同知。若作印,不得食五辛、大䒾隔、芸[A7]薹等。

T21n1420_p0965a04:返,解一結,乃至結盡休,印即現。甚祕,勿傳

T21n1420_p0965a06:論曰:若有男子及一切得信賢者欲作此法
T21n1420_p0965a07:者,淨山中一淨室內安置道場,用黑沈水香
T21n1420_p0965a08:木方一寸,賓鐵刀子一枚,於淨室中安置,莫
T21n1420_p0965a09:令人見,供養禮拜木及刀子。龍樹菩薩日夜
T21n1420_p0965a10:六時行道禮拜,行者唯得菜食為甚。於道場
T21n1420_p0965a11:中密剋,至四十九日剋令了。此神成已,諺四
T21n1420_p0965a12:十九事為要。此神印持行,印額上,令人不見
T21n1420_p0965a13:身。印兩足,渡海河水如地不異。印口說法,聞
T21n1420_p0965a14:者皆信。印髮,尺寸。印眼,過去未來五道受
T21n1420_p0965a15:苦眾生分明得見。印心,知世間生死剋時節。
T21n1420_p0965a16:印耳,聞一切唅類之音。印胸手足背上,人見
T21n1420_p0965a17:歡喜已。印頭戴,誦呪四十九返,直見金剛身,
T21n1420_p0965a18:所為如意。
T21n1420_p0965a19:又正月一日日初出時,於淨泉內,取印下埿,
T21n1420_p0965a20:面向東取。欲取埿時,自語泉言:「我須此埿,隨
T21n1420_p0965a21:我所用。」寅卯日用埿。天旱之時,取此埿以印
T21n1420_p0965a22:印之。取小豆許,於人間門下土龍口中躡
T21n1420_p0965a23:作舌形,諸有龍處悉皆躡著,畫所印埿即休。
T21n1420_p0965a24:向有泉處,其人面向東立,閇目口稱:「龍子!
T21n1420_p0965a25:天今大旱。今是寅卯日,唯須大雨。」天即大
T21n1420_p0965a26:雨。欲使雨休,却土龍口中埿舌,還至住處所,
T21n1420_p0965a27:面口言止,雨即止。
T21n1420_p0965a28:又法,取朱沙塗印,左手印人,人則歡喜。右手
T21n1420_p0965a29:印人,人見遂瞋。
T21n1420_p0965b01:又法,於五月五日日未出時,取東引桃枝五
T21n1420_p0965b02:寸,常持齊戒,於靜山中淨室中面向東坐,閉
T21n1420_p0965b03:氣剋為人形像訖。於室中安五寸高座似壇
T21n1420_p0965b04:形,四面堦道,壇上廣一尺,上安木人。行者著
T21n1420_p0965b05:新淨衣入室,脚踰北斗至木人前,口稱參儞,
T21n1420_p0965b06:於前口稱木術神王,禮三拜行道。白日菜食
T21n1420_p0965b07:為齊。從旦至午,右轉行道,脚踰依前法。從日
T21n1420_p0965b08:沒至盡夜,左轉行道。明闇二時,繼念在心。當
T21n1420_p0965b09:有人來,共木人術神王語。日日如是百日行
T21n1420_p0965b10:道,不得嗔,嗔法不成。一百日訖,取木術人,清
T21n1420_p0965b11:衣帶中盛之,將行吉。其所用處,隨即得。
T21n1420_p0965b12:論曰,若有人受持此五印及如神印法者,淨
T21n1420_p0965b13:治一室,牛糞塗地作其道場。香水浴身,著新
T21n1420_p0965b14:淨衣,一上廁一洗浴。安其畫像,懸繒幡蓋,燒
T21n1420_p0965b15:眾名香,供養三寶,及請十方一切善神并諸
T21n1420_p0965b16:菩薩。以其時非時花而散佛上,恒持齊戒,誦
T21n1420_p0965b17:此呪,念念無其異想,亦不得共小兒婦女同
T21n1420_p0965b18:止眠臥。在道場中亦無餘念。至七七日,方可
T21n1420_p0965b19:察用。在道場之內,心無惡想,裏行平等,看諸
T21n1420_p0965b20:眾生如識子,想行無漏。儻行大慈悲,唯念苦
T21n1420_p0965b21:趣,求此印法,所有言說恒論善法。實莫妄傳。
T21n1420_p0965b22:非言之行勿在其身,亦勿共諸小兒嘲譃論。
T21n1420_p0965b23:若能如是受持讀誦懃心作法行平等行者,
T21n1420_p0965b24:我等聖人及諸善神大力鬼王常來營護,心
T21n1420_p0965b25:有所求無不獲得。何以故?此人憶念受持讀
T21n1420_p0965b26:誦念禮不忘故,我等神王營衛,是人所有願
T21n1420_p0965b27:求悉皆稱意。此之呪法功巧印法,世間所無
T21n1420_p0965b28:也。若有得者,甚令祕之,實莫妄傳。若能生信
T21n1420_p0965b29:恭養敬求覓者,看其行恤,然後與之。若不爾
T21n1420_p0965c01:者,實莫向說。甚祕之,莫妄傳非其人也。

T21n1420_p0965c04:論曰:若有人隱於深山修集善法者,於四印
T21n1420_p0965c05:中都皆有名,持此印不得長生者,無有是處。
T21n1420_p0965c06:持此印者,勿往產生之處。此印一切好惡皆
T21n1420_p0965c07:印知,天文星氣一切星曆屬此印也。人若得
T21n1420_p0965c08:者,持[A8]齋戒百日不食酒肉、五辛、芸[A9]薹,皆不得
T21n1420_p0965c09:食。好心用之,大驗。

T21n1420_p0966a20:化者,以此印印彼人心上,其人即生信。若有
T21n1420_p0966a21:人多嗔癡疾者,以印印彼人心上,其人虫當
T21n1420_p0966a22:夜即下。若有癲狂疑病,但以取印印其病者
T21n1420_p0966a23:心二七返者,即愈無疑。一切鬼神名字皆此
T21n1420_p0966a24:印中有,但是病疾者,但取印印其人心上二
T21n1420_p0966a25:七返,無有不愈。不得十二屬肉,一切五辛、芸
T21n1420_p0966a26:[A11]薹皆不得食。若食者,作法不成。但以好心用

T21n1420_p0966b28:蟣虱亦皆攝毒。以印印紙上燒之,和兩石水

T21n1420_p0966c11:服之,即可飛矣,即得身通、得他心智通。若道
T21n1420_p0966c12:人修大行者,取紙印紙上,三年服之,即現身
T21n1420_p0966c13:得四沙門果。用此印者,不得食牛肉、芸[A14]薹。產
T21n1420_p0966c14:生之處勿往其所。此印用之,修道大速。若人
T21n1420_p0966c15:修持佛道者,不可言,勿妄宣傳非其人。在於
T21n1420_p0966c16:世間好藏之,大驗。
T21n1420_p0966c17:論曰:若人欲修持此四印法,慎莫嗔恚,不嗔
T21n1420_p0966c18:最是道本。此印大有神驗,此略說之。若依其
T21n1420_p0966c19:本四印法,絕多難可宣傳。欲破此印各各用
T21n1420_p0966c20:者,應有一千頭印。大難工巧,甚大難得學。世
T21n1420_p0966c21:人得此印者,好藏之。若凾若匱,好處舉之,大
T21n1420_p0966c22:驗。勿妄傳於世,但以心信之廣博之士乃可
T21n1420_p0966c23:相與耳。勿往產生之處。第一莫往不淨處。好
T21n1420_p0966c24:清淨處,好清淨用心,慎莫輕之。慎之閉口。

T21n1420_p0967a15:愛之,與飲食好美者。若欲酒者,書此符紙上
T21n1420_p0967a16:燒和酒,與彼大飲酒者飲之,即大好。一切
T21n1420_p0967a17:酒肉、五辛,此人斷之,大孝慎不可言。復取
T21n1420_p0967a18:兵死人血書此符,口中唅之。有惡人來相淩
T21n1420_p0967a19:者,以一唾之,彼惡人即著癲病,舌根自入
T21n1420_p0967a20:腹中不得語。復取小兒未語塚上土七枚,有
T21n1420_p0967a21:惡人或是四隣比舍者,以墨書紙上作此符,
T21n1420_p0967a22:以符裹土,作帛囊子盛之,係著碓尾下,來舂
T21n1420_p0967a23:者隨意舂。并著惡人姓名,不至三日,彼人患
T21n1420_p0967a24:著床臥不起,不解終不休。此符大驗。若郡縣
T21n1420_p0967a25:之官人或口舌橫起卒來者,書此符并著彼
T21n1420_p0967a26:人姓名嚙之,官事即散解耳。復取朱沙末,和
T21n1420_p0967a27:酒書此符,并著其惡人姓名,隨意十人百人
T21n1420_p0967a28:相淩者,取著脚底,彼惡人口即不得語、鼻中
T21n1420_p0967a29:痛、脣青面白如血色、脣口反張,餘人見者惡
T21n1420_p0967b01:口罵之。一切口舌但以厭之,無不解,枷枝終

T21n1420_p0967b08:就無疑。此呪大驗,勿妄說也。若有急事,直以

T21n1420_p0967b13:好藏,勿妄傳非其人。若有廣博之士以求人
T21n1420_p0967b14:者,心意信敬,乃可相與。若有人心意不信者,
T21n1420_p0967b15:慎勿與說,好藏之,大驗不可言。家有此呪,一
T21n1420_p0967b16:得無患,口舌消除。有此論者,或在山阻間廣
T21n1420_p0967b17:野之處,即有神祇衛護,不令見惡。但好心
T21n1420_p0967b18:清淨而用,無不得力者。持此符法者,永不
T21n1420_p0967b19:得食酒肉、五辛、芸[A16]薹,一切穢惡不得食之。若
T21n1420_p0967b20:凾若匱以諸淨處著此文,求之必皆得力。勿

T21n1420_p0967b25:員嚴麗精室,屋方側勿令破壞,表裏香湯塗,
T21n1420_p0967b26:綠色塗飾。淨治道場,懸寶蓋、綵色神幡,以
T21n1420_p0967b27:白土塗地,及屋壁上皆塗,出之以綵色畫之。
T21n1420_p0967b28:一日恒以香湯蒒上著寶花,道場中安室四
T21n1420_p0967b29:角,恒燒香,當安龍樹菩薩、馬[A17]鳴菩薩、金剛密
T21n1420_p0967c01:迹、八力神王等立形像,以五色幡蓋神上,事像
T21n1420_p0967c02:莊嚴從意所著菩薩之前。以七香爐燒香,二

T21n1420_p0967c05:時禮拜、供養、燒香,至心歸命禮拜,恒潔齋結。

T21n1420_p0967c07:清衣服,上下悉清淨,勿令污穢,出行更覓衣

T21n1420_p0967c09:棗菓之屬安神前,燒香至心禮訖,依時節盤。
T21n1420_p0967c10:將去案之屬,悉不得浪人。用此椀盤等盛食,
T21n1420_p0967c11:還自用獻神訖,自食之。解齋亦然。百日此室

T21n1420_p0967c19:患狀。」啟訖,以此呪呪此患人,或大重三七返,
T21n1420_p0967c20:以五色綖,以大重三七結,下七結下七項。以
T21n1420_p0967c21:金剛捲印印之二七,然後用金剛印印心所
T21n1420_p0967c22:患處,印之遂輕,重印之多少。教預治齋七日,

T21n1420_p0968b24:敬愛,鬼神營助,任性所須。於靜處燒香,眾神
T21n1420_p0968b25:自至。服滿千日,怙物即香,逆知十二屬肉氣
T21n1420_p0968b26:及以魚鼈,逆知彼氣是真,及以世間所有氣
T21n1420_p0968b27:者盡能決之。以土墳,以口三噓,燒其土,其土
T21n1420_p0968b28:香甚切利。所有污穢之地及自死之處,以水
T21n1420_p0968b29:遜之,其地皆香。諸人死未經七日者,以水
T21n1420_p0968c01:遜之,其尸乃至離散常有香氣切利。凡所有
T21n1420_p0968c02:食井水,取所服香之,以蜜和丸如彈,淨澡口
T21n1420_p0968c03:呪之百返,內井水中,其水皆香美,食者令人
T21n1420_p0968c04:能香。若有惡人被妖邪所著,以此香如彈丸
T21n1420_p0968c05:呪之百返,結安病人咽前,其鬼邪散。若有
T21n1420_p0968c06:虛亭野室多有惡鬼數害人者,以此香和蜜
T21n1420_p0968c07:如彈丸,以火燒之,其室中所有諸惡皆悉消

T21n1420_p0968c09:論曰:諸服香者,呪之根元,便鬼神之本。修行
T21n1420_p0968c10:者慎見死尸,及產乳、六畜產生乳、血光,及婦
T21n1420_p0968c11:女小兒,及鷄犬之聲。常淨身澡口,見污穢
T21n1420_p0968c12:之時必須呪解穢之。呪水三返,以洗面目,然
T21n1420_p0968c13:後入室。不爾者法不成,及被殃害,體面生瘡。
T21n1420_p0968c14:諸行房室,不得誦呪及入淨室。非其人勿言,
T21n1420_p0968c15:傳之傷人,慎勿流傳於世。
