T12n0375_p0665a24:後供養。種種器物充滿具足,持至佛[4]所。
爾
T12n0375_p0665a25:時,有大威德天人而遮其前,周匝圍遶,謂
T12n0375_p0665a26:純陀言:「且止,純陀!勿便奉施。」爾時,如來復
T12n0375_p0665a27:放無量無邊種種光明。諸天大眾遇斯光已,
T12n0375_p0665a28:尋聽純陀前至佛所奉其所施。
爾時,天人
T12n0375_p0665a29:及諸眾生各各自[5]取所持供養至於佛前,
T12n0375_p0665b01:長跪白佛:「[6]唯願如來聽諸比丘受此供養。」
T12n0375_p0665b02:時諸比丘知是時故,執持衣鉢,一心安詳。
T12n0375_p0665b03:爾時,純陀為佛及僧布置種種師子寶座,
T12n0375_p0665b04:懸繒幡蓋、[7]花香、瓔珞。
爾時,三千大千世界
T12n0375_p0665b05:莊嚴微妙,猶如西方安樂國土。
爾時,純陀住
T12n0375_p0665b06:於佛前,憂悲悵怏,重白佛言:「[*]唯願如來猶
T12n0375_p0665b07:見哀[8]愍,住壽一劫、若減一劫。」
佛告純陀:「汝
T12n0375_p0665b08:欲令我久住世者,宜當速奉最後,具足檀
T12n0375_p0665b09:波羅蜜。」
爾時,一切菩薩摩訶薩、天人雜類,異
T12n0375_p0665b10:口同音唱如是言:「奇哉,純陀!成大福德,能
T12n0375_p0665b11:令如來受其最後無上供養。我等無福,所設
T12n0375_p0665b12:供具則為唐捐。」
爾時,世尊欲令一切眾望滿
T12n0375_p0665b13:足,於自身上一一毛孔化無量佛,一一諸
T12n0375_p0665b14:佛各有無量諸比丘僧。是諸世尊及無量眾,
T12n0375_p0665b15:悉皆示現受其供養。釋迦如來自受純陀
T12n0375_p0665b16:所奉設者。爾時,純陀所持粳糧成熟之食,摩
T12n0375_p0665b17:伽陀國滿足八斛,以佛神力皆悉充足一切
T12n0375_p0665b18:大會。
爾時,純陀見是事已,心生歡喜,踊躍
T12n0375_p0665b19:無量;一切大眾亦復如是。爾時,大眾承佛聖
T12n0375_p0665b20:旨,各作是念:「如來今已受我等施,不久[9]便
T12n0375_p0665b21:當入於涅槃。」作是念已,心生悲喜。
爾時,樹
T12n0375_p0665b22:林其地狹小,以佛神力,如針鋒處皆有無
T12n0375_p0665b23:量諸佛世尊及其眷屬等坐而食,所食之物
T12n0375_p0665b24:亦無差別。
是時,天、人、阿修羅等啼泣悲歎,而
T12n0375_p0665b25:作是言:「如來今日已受我等最後供養,受
T12n0375_p0665b26:供養已當般涅槃,我等當復更供養誰?我
T12n0375_p0665b27:今永離無上調御,盲無眼目。」
爾時,世尊為
T12n0375_p0665b28:欲安慰一切大眾而說偈言:

T12n0375_p0666a14:最上誓願而發願者,當知是人無有愚癡,
T12n0375_p0666a15:堪受供養。以此願力功德果報,於世最勝,
T12n0375_p0666a16:如阿羅漢。若有不能如是觀了三寶常
T12n0375_p0666a17:者是旃陀羅;若有能知三[1]寶常住實法因
T12n0375_p0666a18:緣,離苦安樂,無有嬈害、能留難者。」
爾時,人
T12n0375_p0666a19:天大眾、阿修羅等聞是法已,心生歡喜,踊
T12n0375_p0666a20:躍無量。其心調柔,善滅諸蓋,心無高下,威
T12n0375_p0666a21:[2]儀清淨,顏貌怡悅,知佛常住。是故施設諸
T12n0375_p0666a22:天供養——散種種花、[3]末香、塗香,鼓天[4]伎樂——
T12n0375_p0666a23:以供養佛。
爾時,佛告迦葉菩薩言:「善男子!
T12n0375_p0666a24:汝見是眾希有事不?」
迦葉答言:「已見。世尊!
T12n0375_p0666a25:見諸如來無量無邊不可稱計,受諸大眾人
T12n0375_p0666a26:天所奉飯食供養。又見諸佛大身莊嚴,所坐
T12n0375_p0666a27:之處如一針鋒,多眾圍遶,不相障[5]礙。復見
T12n0375_p0666a28:大眾悉發誓願說十三偈。亦知大眾各心
T12n0375_p0666a29:念言:『如來今者獨受我供。』假使純陀所奉飯
T12n0375_p0666b01:食碎如微塵,一塵一佛猶不周遍,以佛神
T12n0375_p0666b02:力,悉皆充足一切大眾。唯諸菩薩摩訶薩、文
T12n0375_p0666b03:殊師利法王子等能知如[6]是希有事耳,悉
T12n0375_p0666b04:是如來方便示現,聲聞大眾及阿修羅等皆
T12n0375_p0666b05:知如來是常住法。」
爾時,世尊告純陀言:「汝
T12n0375_p0666b06:今所見為是希有奇特事不?」
「實爾。世尊!我先
T12n0375_p0666b07:所見無量諸佛,三十二相、八十種好莊嚴其
T12n0375_p0666b08:身。今悉見為菩薩摩訶薩,巨身殊異,顏貌無
T12n0375_p0666b09:比。唯見佛身譬如藥樹,為諸菩薩摩訶薩
T12n0375_p0666b10:等之所圍遶。」
佛告純陀:「汝先所見無量佛者
T12n0375_p0666b11:是我所化,為欲利益一切眾生,令得歡喜。
T12n0375_p0666b12:如是,菩薩摩訶薩等所可修行不可思議
T12n0375_p0666b13:能作無量諸佛之事。純陀!汝今皆已成就菩
T12n0375_p0666b14:薩摩訶薩行,得[7]住十地,菩薩所行具足成
T12n0375_p0666b15:辦。」
迦葉菩薩白佛言:「世尊!如是如是,如佛
T12n0375_p0666b16:所說,純陀所修成菩薩行我亦隨喜。今者
T12n0375_p0666b17:如來欲為未來無量眾生作大明故,說是
T12n0375_p0666b18:大乘《大涅槃經》。世尊!一切契經說有餘義?無
T12n0375_p0666b19:餘義耶?」
「善男子!我所說者,亦有餘義、亦無
T12n0375_p0666b20:餘義。」
純陀白佛言:「世尊!如佛所說:
T12n0375_p0666b21:T12n0375_p0666b23:「世尊!是義云何?持戒、毀戒,有何差別?」
佛言:
T12n0375_p0666b24:「唯除一人,餘一切施皆可讚歎。」
純陀問言:
T12n0375_p0666b25:「云何名為唯除一人?」
佛言:「如此經中所說
T12n0375_p0666b26:破戒。」
純陀復言:「我今未解,[*]唯願說之。」
佛
T12n0375_p0666b27:告純陀:「言破戒者,謂一闡提。其餘在所一
T12n0375_p0666b28:切布施,皆可讚歎,獲大果報。」
純陀復問:「一
T12n0375_p0666b29:闡提者,其義云何?」
佛告純陀:「若有比丘及比
T12n0375_p0666c01:丘尼、優婆塞、優婆夷,發麁惡言誹謗正法,
T12n0375_p0666c02:造是重業,永不改悔、心無慚愧,如是等人
T12n0375_p0666c03:名為趣向一闡提道。若犯四重、作五逆罪,
T12n0375_p0666c04:自知定犯如是重事,而心初無怖畏、慚愧,
T12n0375_p0666c05:不肯發露,於佛正法永無護惜、建立之心,
T12n0375_p0666c06:毀[8]呰、輕賤、言多過咎,如是等人亦名趣向
T12n0375_p0666c07:一闡提道。若復說言:『無佛、法、[9]僧。』如是等人
T12n0375_p0666c08:亦名趣向一闡提道。唯除如此一闡提輩,
T12n0375_p0666c09:施其餘者一切讚歎。」
T12n0375_p0666c10:爾時,純陀復白佛言:「世尊!所言破戒,其義云
T12n0375_p0666c11:何?」
佛告純陀:「若犯四重,及五逆罪、誹謗正
T12n0375_p0666c12:法,如是等人名為破戒。」
純陀復問:「如是破
T12n0375_p0666c13:戒可拔濟不?」
佛告純陀:「有因緣故則可拔
T12n0375_p0666c14:濟。若[10]被法服、猶未捨遠,其心常懷慚愧、
T12n0375_p0666c15:恐怖,而自考責:『咄哉!何為犯斯重罪?何其怪
T12n0375_p0666c16:哉!造斯苦業。』深自改悔,生護法心,欲建正
T12n0375_p0666c17:法:『有護法者,我當供養。若有讀誦大乘典
T12n0375_p0666c18:者,我當諮問、受持、讀誦。既通利已,復當為
T12n0375_p0666c19:他分別廣說。』我說是人不[11]為破戒。何以
T12n0375_p0666c20:故?善男子!譬如日出能除一切塵翳、闇冥;
T12n0375_p0666c21:是大涅槃微妙經典出興於世亦復如是,能
T12n0375_p0666c22:除眾生無量劫中所作眾罪。是故,此經說護
T12n0375_p0666c23:正法得大果報,拔濟破戒。若有毀謗是正
T12n0375_p0666c24:法者能自改悔,還歸於法,自念所作一切不
T12n0375_p0666c25:善,如人自害心生恐怖、驚懼、慚愧:『除此正
T12n0375_p0666c26:法更無救護,是故應當還歸正法。』若能如
T12n0375_p0666c27:是如說歸依,布施是人得福無量,亦名世
T12n0375_p0666c28:間應受供養。若犯如上惡業之罪,若經一
T12n0375_p0666c29:月、或十五日,不生歸依發露之心。若施是
T12n0375_p0667a01:人,果報甚少。犯五逆者亦復如是,能生悔
T12n0375_p0667a02:心,內懷慚愧:『今我所作不善之業甚為大苦,
T12n0375_p0667a03:我當建立、護持正法。』是則不名五逆罪也。
T12n0375_p0667a04:若施是人,得福無量。犯逆罪已,不生護法、
T12n0375_p0667a05:歸依之心。有施是者,福不足言。
「又,善男子!
T12n0375_p0667a06:犯重罪者——汝今諦聽,我當為汝分別廣說——
T12n0375_p0667a07:應生是心:『謂正法者,即是如來微密之藏。是
T12n0375_p0667a08:故,我當護持、建立。』施是人者,得勝果報。
「善
T12n0375_p0667a09:男子!譬如女人懷妊垂產,值國荒亂,遠至
T12n0375_p0667a10:他土,在一天廟即便產育。後聞舊邦安隱
T12n0375_p0667a11:豐熟,携持其子欲還本土。路經恒河,水
T12n0375_p0667a12:[1]漲暴急,荷負是兒不能得[2]渡。即自念言:
T12n0375_p0667a13:『我寧與子一處併命,終不捨棄而獨濟也。』
T12n0375_p0667a14:作是念已,與子俱沒。命終之後尋生天中,
T12n0375_p0667a15:以慈念[3]子欲令得[*]渡。而是女人本性弊
T12n0375_p0667a16:惡,以愛子故得生天中。犯四重禁、五無間
T12n0375_p0667a17:罪生護法心亦復如是,雖復先為不善之
T12n0375_p0667a18:業,以護法故,得為世間無上福田。是護法
T12n0375_p0667a19:者有如是等無量果報。」
T12n0375_p0667a20:純陀復言:「世尊!若一闡提能自改悔,恭敬、
T12n0375_p0667a21:供養、讚歎三寶,施如是人得大[4]果不?」
佛
T12n0375_p0667a22:言:「善男子!汝今不應作如是說。善男子!譬
T12n0375_p0667a23:如有人食菴羅果,吐核置地,而復念言:『是
T12n0375_p0667a24:果核中應有甘味。』即[5]復還取,破而甞之。其
T12n0375_p0667a25:味極苦,心生悔恨。恐失果種,即還收拾。種
T12n0375_p0667a26:之於地,勤加修治,以蘇油、乳隨時溉灌。於
T12n0375_p0667a27:意云何?寧可生不?」
「不也。世尊!假使天降無
T12n0375_p0667a28:上甘雨猶亦不生。」
「善男子!彼一闡提亦復
T12n0375_p0667a29:如是,燒滅善根,當於何所而得除罪?善
T12n0375_p0667b01:男子!若生善心,是則不名一闡提也。善男
T12n0375_p0667b02:子!以是義故,一切所施所得果報非無差
T12n0375_p0667b03:別。何以故?施諸聲聞所得報異、施辟支佛
T12n0375_p0667b04:得報亦異,唯施如來獲無上果。是故說言:
T12n0375_p0667b05:『一切所施非無差別。』」
T12n0375_p0667b06:純陀復言:「何故如來而說此偈?」
佛告純陀:
T12n0375_p0667b07:「有因緣故,我說此偈。王舍城中,有優婆塞
T12n0375_p0667b08:心無淨信,奉事尼[6]犍,而來問我布施之義。
T12n0375_p0667b09:以是因緣故說斯偈,亦為菩薩摩訶薩等
T12n0375_p0667b10:說祕藏義。如斯偈者,其義云何?一切者,少
T12n0375_p0667b11:分一切。當知:菩薩摩訶薩人中之雄,攝取持
T12n0375_p0667b12:戒,施其所須,捨棄破戒如除[A1]稊稗。
T12n0375_p0667b13:「復次,善男子!如我昔日所說偈言:
T12n0375_p0667b14:T12n0375_p0667b15:T12n0375_p0667b16: T12n0375_p0667b17:爾時,文殊師利菩薩摩訶薩即從座起,偏袒
T12n0375_p0667b18:右臂,右膝著地,前禮佛足而說偈言:
T12n0375_p0667b19:T12n0375_p0667b20:T12n0375_p0667b21: T12n0375_p0667b22:「佛所說偈,其義有餘。唯垂哀[*]愍,說其因緣。
T12n0375_p0667b23:何以故?世尊!於此三千大千世界有洲名
T12n0375_p0667b24:拘耶尼。其洲有河,端直不曲,名娑婆耶,猶
T12n0375_p0667b25:如直繩入於西海。如是河相於餘經中佛
T12n0375_p0667b26:未曾說,[*]唯願如來因此方等《阿含經》中說
T12n0375_p0667b27:有餘義,令諸菩薩深信解之。世尊!譬如有
T12n0375_p0667b28:人先識金[7]鑛,後不識金。如來亦爾,盡知
T12n0375_p0667b29:法已,而所演說有餘不盡。如來雖作如
T12n0375_p0667c01:是餘說,應當方便解其意趣。一切叢林必
T12n0375_p0667c02:是樹木,是亦有餘。何以故?種種金、銀、琉璃寶
T12n0375_p0667c03:樹,是亦名林。一切女人必懷[A2]諂曲,是亦有
T12n0375_p0667c04:餘。何以故?亦有女人善持禁戒,功德成就,
T12n0375_p0667c05:有大慈悲。一切自在必受安樂,是亦有餘。
T12n0375_p0667c06:何以故?有自在者,轉輪聖帝;如來法王不屬
T12n0375_p0667c07:死魔,不可滅盡;梵、釋諸天雖得自在,悉是
T12n0375_p0667c08:無常。若得常住、無變易者,乃名自在,所謂
T12n0375_p0667c09:大乘大般涅槃。」
佛言:「善男子!汝今善得樂說
T12n0375_p0667c10:之辯,且止,諦聽。文殊師利!譬如長者身嬰
T12n0375_p0667c11:病苦,良醫診之,為合膏藥。是時病者貪欲
T12n0375_p0667c12:多服。醫語之言:『若能消者則可隨意,汝今
T12n0375_p0667c13:體羸,不應多服。當知是膏亦名甘露、亦名
T12n0375_p0667c14:毒藥,若多服不消則名為毒。』
「善男子!汝今
T12n0375_p0667c15:勿謂是醫所說違於義理、損失膏勢。善男
T12n0375_p0667c16:子!如來亦爾,為諸國王、后妃、太子、王子、大臣,
T12n0375_p0667c17:因波斯匿王、王子、后妃憍慢心故,為欲調
T12n0375_p0667c18:伏,示現恐怖,如彼良醫,故說此偈:
T12n0375_p0667c19:T12n0375_p0667c20:T12n0375_p0667c21: T12n0375_p0667c22:「文殊師利!汝今當知:如來所說無有漏失。
T12n0375_p0667c23:如此大地可令反覆,如來之言終無漏失。
T12n0375_p0667c24:以是義故,如來所說一切有餘。」
爾時,佛讚
T12n0375_p0667c25:文殊師利:「善哉,善哉。善男子!汝已久知如是
T12n0375_p0667c26:之義,[8]愍哀一切、欲令眾生得智慧故,廣
T12n0375_p0667c27:問如來如是偈義。」
爾時,文殊師利法王子復
T12n0375_p0667c28:於佛前而說偈言:
T12n0375_p0667c29:T12n0375_p0668a02:「世尊!如是說此法藥非為正說。於他語言
T12n0375_p0668a03:隨順不逆者,[*]唯願如來垂哀正說。何以故?
T12n0375_p0668a04:世尊常說一切外學九十五種皆趣惡道,聲
T12n0375_p0668a05:聞弟子皆向正路。若護禁戒、攝持威儀、守
T12n0375_p0668a06:慎諸根,如是等人深樂大法、趣向善道。如
T12n0375_p0668a07:來何故於九部中見有毀他則便呵責?如
T12n0375_p0668a08:是偈義為何所趣?」
佛告文殊師利:「善男子!
T12n0375_p0668a09:我說此偈亦不盡為一切眾生,爾時唯為
T12n0375_p0668a10:阿闍世王。諸佛世尊若無因緣終不逆說,
T12n0375_p0668a11:有因緣故乃說之耳。善男子!阿闍世王害
T12n0375_p0668a12:其父已,來至我所欲折伏我,作如是問:
T12n0375_p0668a13:『云何世尊是一切智?非一切智耶?若一切
T12n0375_p0668a14:智,調達往昔無量世中常懷惡心,隨[A3]逐如
T12n0375_p0668a15:來欲為逆害,云何如來聽其出家?』善男子!
T12n0375_p0668a16:以是因緣,我為是王而說此偈:
T12n0375_p0668a17:T12n0375_p0668a19:「佛告大王:『汝今害父,已作逆罪,最重無間。
T12n0375_p0668a20:應當發露,以求清淨。何緣乃更見他過咎?』
T12n0375_p0668a21:善男子!以是義故,我為彼王而說是偈。
「復
T12n0375_p0668a22:次,善男子!亦為護持不毀禁戒、成就威儀、
T12n0375_p0668a23:見他過者而說是偈。若復有人受他教誨
T12n0375_p0668a24:遠離眾惡、復教他人令遠眾惡,如是之人
T12n0375_p0668a25:則我弟子。」
爾時,世尊為文殊師利復說偈

T12n0375_p0668a27:T12n0375_p0668a29:爾時,文殊師利復於佛前而說偈言:
T12n0375_p0668b01:T12n0375_p0668b03:「如來說是法句之義亦是未盡。何以故?如
T12n0375_p0668b04:阿羅漢、轉輪聖王、玉女、象、馬、主藏大臣,若諸
T12n0375_p0668b05:天、人、及阿修羅執持利劍能害之者,無有
T12n0375_p0668b06:是處。勇士、烈女、馬王、獸王、持戒比丘,雖復對
T12n0375_p0668b07:至而不恐怖。以是義故,如來說偈亦是有
T12n0375_p0668b08:餘。若言:『恕己可為譬』者,是亦有餘。何以
T12n0375_p0668b09:故?若使羅漢以己[1]喻彼,則有我想及以命
T12n0375_p0668b10:想。若有我想及以命想,則應擁護。凡夫亦
T12n0375_p0668b11:應見阿羅漢悉是行人,若如是者即是邪
T12n0375_p0668b12:見。若有邪見,命終應生阿鼻地獄。又,阿羅
T12n0375_p0668b13:漢設於眾生生害心者,無有是處;無量眾
T12n0375_p0668b14:生亦復無能害羅漢者。」
佛言:「善男子!言我
T12n0375_p0668b15:想者,謂於眾生生大悲心,無殺害想,謂阿
T12n0375_p0668b16:羅漢平等之心。勿謂世尊無有因緣而逆
T12n0375_p0668b17:說也。昔日於此王舍城中有大獵師,多殺
T12n0375_p0668b18:群鹿,請我食肉。我於[2]爾時雖受彼請,於
T12n0375_p0668b19:諸眾生生慈悲心如羅睺羅,而說偈言:
T12n0375_p0668b20:T12n0375_p0668b22:「是故,我說此偈:
T12n0375_p0668b23:T12n0375_p0668b25:佛言:「善哉,善哉。文殊師利!為諸菩薩摩訶薩
T12n0375_p0668b26:故,諮問如來如是密教。」
T12n0375_p0668b27:爾時,文殊師利復說是偈:
T12n0375_p0668b28:T12n0375_p0668c01:於是,如來復以偈答:
T12n0375_p0668c02:T12n0375_p0668c04:爾時,如來復為文殊師利重說偈言:
T12n0375_p0668c05:T12n0375_p0668c06:T12n0375_p0668c07: T12n0375_p0668c08:爾時,文殊師利菩薩摩訶薩白佛言:「世尊!如
T12n0375_p0668c09:來所說是亦不盡,唯願如來復垂哀[*]愍,說
T12n0375_p0668c10:其因緣。何以故?如長者子從師學時,為屬
T12n0375_p0668c11:師不?若屬師者,義不成就;若不屬者,亦不
T12n0375_p0668c12:成就;若得自在,亦不成就。是故,如來所說
T12n0375_p0668c13:有餘。復次,世尊!譬如王子無所綜習,觸事
T12n0375_p0668c14:不成,是亦自在、愚闇、常苦。如是,王子若言
T12n0375_p0668c15:自在,義亦不成;若言屬他義,亦不成。以是
T12n0375_p0668c16:義故,佛所說義名為有餘。是故,一切屬他
T12n0375_p0668c17:不必受苦;一切自在不必受樂。一切憍慢
T12n0375_p0668c18:勢極暴惡,是亦有餘。世尊!如諸[3]列女,憍慢
T12n0375_p0668c19:心故,出家學道,護持禁戒,威儀成就,守攝
T12n0375_p0668c20:諸根不令馳散。是故,一切憍慢之結不必
T12n0375_p0668c21:暴惡。賢善之人一切愛念,是亦有餘。如人
T12n0375_p0668c22:內犯四重禁已,不捨法服,堅持威儀。護
T12n0375_p0668c23:持法者見已不愛,是人命終必墮地獄。若
T12n0375_p0668c24:有善人犯重禁已,護持法者見即驅出,罷
T12n0375_p0668c25:道還俗。以是義故,一切賢善不必悉愛。」
爾
T12n0375_p0668c26:時,佛告文殊師利:「有因緣故,如來於此說

T12n0375_p0668c28:王舍城有一女人名曰善賢,還父母家,因
T12n0375_p0668c29:至我所,歸依於我及法、眾僧,而作是言:『一
T12n0375_p0669a01:切女人勢不自由,一切男子自在無[*]礙。』我
T12n0375_p0669a02:於[1]爾時知是女心,即為宣說如是偈頌。
T12n0375_p0669a03:文殊師利!善哉,善哉。汝今能為一切眾生
T12n0375_p0669a04:問於如來如是密語。」
文殊師利復說偈言:
T12n0375_p0669a05:T12n0375_p0669a06:T12n0375_p0669a07:T12n0375_p0669a08: T12n0375_p0669a09:「如是,世尊!今受純陀飲食供養,將無如來
T12n0375_p0669a10:有恐怖耶?」
爾時,世尊復為文殊而說偈

T12n0375_p0669a12:T12n0375_p0669a13:T12n0375_p0669a14:T12n0375_p0669a15: T12n0375_p0669a16:「文殊師利!汝若得病,我亦如是應得病苦。
T12n0375_p0669a17:何以故?諸阿羅漢,及辟支佛、菩薩、如來,實無
T12n0375_p0669a18:所食,為欲化彼,示現受用無量眾生所施
T12n0375_p0669a19:之物,令其具足檀波羅蜜,拔濟地獄、畜生、
T12n0375_p0669a20:餓鬼。若言:『如來六年苦行,身羸[2]瘦。』者,無有
T12n0375_p0669a21:是處。諸佛世尊獨拔諸有不同凡夫,云何
T12n0375_p0669a22:而得身羸劣耶?諸佛世尊精勤修習獲金剛
T12n0375_p0669a23:身,不同世人危脆之[3]身。我諸弟子亦復如
T12n0375_p0669a24:是,不可思議、不依於食。一切大力無嫉妬
T12n0375_p0669a25:者,亦有餘義。如世間人,終身永無嫉妬之
T12n0375_p0669a26:心而無大力。一切病苦因食得者,亦有餘
T12n0375_p0669a27:義。亦見有人得客病者,所謂[4]刺刺、刀、劍、
T12n0375_p0669a28:[5]鉾、槊。一切淨行受安樂者,是亦有餘。世間
T12n0375_p0669a29:亦有外道之人,修於梵行,多受苦惱。以是
T12n0375_p0669b01:義故,如來所說一切有餘,是名如來非無
T12n0375_p0669b02:因緣而說此偈,有因故說。昔日於此優禪
T12n0375_p0669b03:尼國,有婆羅門名羖羝德,來至我所欲受
T12n0375_p0669b04:第四八戒齋法。我於爾時為說[6]是偈。」
T12n0375_p0669b05:爾時,迦葉菩薩白佛言:「世尊!何等名為無餘
T12n0375_p0669b06:義耶?云何復名一切義乎?」
「善男子!一切者,
T12n0375_p0669b07:唯除助道常樂善法,[7]是名一切,亦名無
T12n0375_p0669b08:餘。其餘諸法,亦名有餘亦名無餘,欲令樂
T12n0375_p0669b09:法諸善男子知此有餘及無餘義。」
迦葉菩薩
T12n0375_p0669b10:心大歡喜,踊躍無量,前白佛言:「甚奇,世尊!等
T12n0375_p0669b11:視眾生如羅睺羅。」
爾時,佛讚迦葉菩薩:「善
T12n0375_p0669b12:哉,善哉。汝今所見微妙甚深。」
T12n0375_p0669b13:迦葉菩薩白佛言:「世尊!唯願如來說是大
T12n0375_p0669b14:乘《大涅槃經》所得功德。」
佛告迦葉:「善男子!
T12n0375_p0669b15:若有得聞是經名字,所得功德非諸聲聞、
T12n0375_p0669b16:辟支佛等所能宣說,唯佛能知。何以故?不可
T12n0375_p0669b17:思議,是佛境界。何況受持、讀誦、通利、書寫
T12n0375_p0669b18:經卷?」
T12n0375_p0669b19:爾時,諸天、世人及阿修羅即於佛前異口同
T12n0375_p0669b20:音而說偈言:

爾時,世尊與文

T12n0375_p0669c10:莂已,說如是言:「諸善男子!自修其心,慎莫
T12n0375_p0669c11:放逸。我今背疾,舉體皆痛。我今欲臥,如彼
T12n0375_p0669c12:小兒及常患者。文殊!汝等當為四部廣說
T12n0375_p0669c13:大法。今以此法付囑於汝;乃至迦葉、阿難
T12n0375_p0669c14:等至,復當[9]囑付如是正法。」爾時,如來說是
T12n0375_p0669c15:語已,為欲調伏諸眾生故,現身有疾,右
T12n0375_p0669c16:脇而臥,如彼病人。

T12n0375_p0669c19:切[11]疾病,患苦悉除,無復怖畏。世尊!一切眾
T12n0375_p0669c20:生有四毒箭則為病因。何等為四?貪欲、瞋
T12n0375_p0669c21:恚、愚癡、憍慢。若有病因則有病生,所謂:[12]愛
T12n0375_p0669c22:熱肺病、上氣吐逆、膚體㿇㿇、其心悶亂、下痢
T12n0375_p0669c23:噦[13]噎、小便痳瀝、眼耳疼痛、腹背脹滿、顛狂乾
T12n0375_p0669c24:消、鬼魅所著。如是種種身心諸病,諸佛世尊
T12n0375_p0669c25:悉無復有。今日如來何緣顧命文殊師利,而
T12n0375_p0669c26:作是言:『我今背痛,汝等當為大眾說法。』有
T12n0375_p0669c27:二因緣則無病苦。何等為二?一者、[14]憐[*]愍
T12n0375_p0669c28:一切眾生,二者、給施病者醫藥。如來往昔已
T12n0375_p0669c29:於無量萬億劫中修菩薩道,常行愛語,利
T12n0375_p0670a01:益眾生不令苦惱,施疾病者種種醫藥。何
T12n0375_p0670a02:緣於今自言有病?
「世尊!世人有病,或坐、或
T12n0375_p0670a03:臥、不安其處、或索飲食、勅誡家屬修治產
T12n0375_p0670a04:業。何故如來默然而臥,不教弟子聲聞人等
T12n0375_p0670a05:尸波羅蜜、諸禪解脫、三摩跋提、修諸正勤?何
T12n0375_p0670a06:緣不說如是甚深大乘經典?[1]如來何故不
T12n0375_p0670a07:以無量方便教大迦葉、人中象王、諸大人等,
T12n0375_p0670a08:令其不退阿耨多羅三藐三菩提?何故不
T12n0375_p0670a09:治諸惡比丘,受畜一切不淨物者?
「世尊!實
T12n0375_p0670a10:無有病,云何默然右脇而臥?諸菩薩等,凡所
T12n0375_p0670a11:給施病者醫藥,所得善根悉施眾生,而共
T12n0375_p0670a12:迴向一切種智,為除眾生諸煩惱障、業障、報
T12n0375_p0670a13:障。煩惱障者,貪欲、瞋恚、愚癡、忿怒纏蓋,焦惱、
T12n0375_p0670a14:嫉妬、慳悋、姦詐、諛諂、無慚、無愧,慢、慢慢、不如
T12n0375_p0670a15:慢、增上慢、我慢、邪慢、憍慢,放逸、貢高、懟恨、諍
T12n0375_p0670a16:訟、邪命、諂媚、詐現異相,以利求利、惡求多
T12n0375_p0670a17:求,無有恭敬,不隨教誨,親近惡友,貪利
T12n0375_p0670a18:無厭,纏縛難解,欲於惡欲、貪於惡貪,身見、
T12n0375_p0670a19:有見及以無見,頻申憙睡,欠呿不樂,貪嗜
T12n0375_p0670a20:飲食,其心𧄼瞢,心緣異[2]想、不善思惟,身、口
T12n0375_p0670a21:多惡,好憙多語,諸根闇鈍,發言多虛,常為
T12n0375_p0670a22:欲覺、恚覺、害覺之所覆蓋,是名煩惱障。業障
T12n0375_p0670a23:者,五無間罪重惡之病。報障者,生在地獄、畜
T12n0375_p0670a24:生、餓鬼、誹謗正法及一闡提,是名報障。如
T12n0375_p0670a25:是三障名為大病。而諸菩薩於無量劫修
T12n0375_p0670a26:菩提時,給施一切疾病醫藥,常作是願:『令
T12n0375_p0670a27:諸眾生永斷如是三障重病。』
「復次,世尊!菩薩
T12n0375_p0670a28:摩訶薩修菩提時,給施一切病者醫藥,常
T12n0375_p0670a29:作是願:『願令眾生永斷諸病,得成如來金
T12n0375_p0670b01:剛之身。又願一切無量眾生作妙藥王,斷除
T12n0375_p0670b02:一切諸惡重病。願諸眾生得阿伽陀藥,以是
T12n0375_p0670b03:藥力能除一切無量惡毒。又願眾生於阿耨
T12n0375_p0670b04:多羅三藐三菩提無有退轉,[3]速得成就無
T12n0375_p0670b05:上佛藥,消除一切煩惱毒箭。又願眾生勤修
T12n0375_p0670b06:精進,成就如來金剛之心,作微妙藥療治
T12n0375_p0670b07:眾病,不令有人生諍訟想。亦願眾生作大
T12n0375_p0670b08:藥樹,療治一切諸惡重病。又願眾生拔出毒
T12n0375_p0670b09:箭,得成如來無上光明。又願眾生得入如
T12n0375_p0670b10:來智慧大藥、微密法藏。』世尊!菩薩如是已於
T12n0375_p0670b11:無量百千萬億那由他劫發是誓願,令諸眾
T12n0375_p0670b12:生悉無諸病。何緣如來乃於今日唱言:『有
T12n0375_p0670b13:[4]病。』
「復次,世尊!世有病者,不能坐起、俯仰、
T12n0375_p0670b14:進止,[5]飲食不御、漿水不下,亦復不能教
T12n0375_p0670b15:[A5]誡諸子修治家業。爾時,父母、妻子、兄弟、親屬、
T12n0375_p0670b16:知識皆於是人生必死想。世尊!如來今日
T12n0375_p0670b17:亦復如是,右脇而臥,無所論說。此閻浮提
T12n0375_p0670b18:[6]有諸愚人當作是念:『如來正覺必當涅槃。』
T12n0375_p0670b19:生滅盡想。而如來性實,不畢竟入於涅槃。
T12n0375_p0670b20:何以故?如來常住,無變易故。以是因緣,不
T12n0375_p0670b21:應說言:『我今背痛。』
T12n0375_p0670b22:「復次,世尊!世有病者,身體羸損,若偃、若側,
T12n0375_p0670b23:臥著床褥。爾時,眾人心生惡賤,起必死想。
T12n0375_p0670b24:如來今者亦復如是,當為外道九十五種之
T12n0375_p0670b25:所輕慢、生無常想。彼諸外道當作是言:『不
T12n0375_p0670b26:如我等以我性人、自在時節、微塵等法而
T12n0375_p0670b27:為常住,無有變易。沙門瞿曇無常所遷,是
T12n0375_p0670b28:變易法。』以是義故,世尊!今日不應默然右
T12n0375_p0670b29:脇而臥。
「復次,世尊!世有病者,四大增損,互
T12n0375_p0670c01:不調適,羸瘦乏極。是故,不能隨意坐起,臥
T12n0375_p0670c02:著床褥。如來四大無不和適,身力具足,亦無
T12n0375_p0670c03:羸損。世尊!如十小牛力不如一大牛力、十
T12n0375_p0670c04:大牛力不如一青牛力、十青牛力不如一
T12n0375_p0670c05:凡象力、十凡象力不如一野象力、十野象力
T12n0375_p0670c06:不如一二牙象力、十二牙象力不如一四
T12n0375_p0670c07:牙象力、十四牙象力不如雪山一白象力、十
T12n0375_p0670c08:雪山白象力不如一香象力、十香象力不如
T12n0375_p0670c09:一青象力、十青象力不如一黃象力、十黃
T12n0375_p0670c10:象力不如一赤象力、十赤象力不如一白
T12n0375_p0670c11:象力、十白象力不如一山象力、十山象力不
T12n0375_p0670c12:如一優鉢羅象力、十優鉢羅象力不如[7]一
T12n0375_p0670c13:波頭摩象力、十波頭摩象力不如一拘物頭
T12n0375_p0670c14:象力、十拘物頭象力不如一分陀利象力、十
T12n0375_p0670c15:分陀利象力不如人中一力士力、十人中力
T12n0375_p0670c16:士力不如一鉢[8]健提力、十鉢[*]健提力不
T12n0375_p0670c17:如一八臂那羅延力、十那羅延力不如[9]一
T12n0375_p0670c18:十住菩薩一節之力。[10]一切凡夫身中[11]諸節
T12n0375_p0670c19:節不相到、人中力士節頭相到、鉢[*]健提身
T12n0375_p0670c20:諸節相接、那羅延身節頭相[12]拘、十住菩薩諸
T12n0375_p0670c21:節骨解蟠龍相結。是故,菩薩其力最大。世界
T12n0375_p0670c22:成時,從金剛際起金剛座,上至道場菩提
T12n0375_p0670c23:樹下。菩薩坐已,其心即時逮得十力。如來今
T12n0375_p0670c24:者不應如彼嬰孩小兒。嬰孩小兒愚癡無智,
T12n0375_p0670c25:無所能說。以是義故,隨意偃側,無人譏
T12n0375_p0670c26:訶。如來世尊有大智慧照明一切,人之大
T12n0375_p0670c27:龍,具大威德,成就神通,無上仙人,永斷疑
T12n0375_p0670c28:網,已拔毒箭,進止安詳,威儀具足,得無所
T12n0375_p0670c29:畏。今者何故右脇而臥,令諸人天悲愁苦惱?」
T12n0375_p0671a01:爾時,迦葉[*]菩薩即於佛前而說偈言:

T12n0375_p0671a18:貌熙怡,如融金聚;面目端嚴,猶月盛滿;形容
T12n0375_p0671a19:清淨,無諸垢穢。放大光明充遍虛空,其光
T12n0375_p0671a20:大盛過百千日,照于東方、南、西、北方、四維、上、
T12n0375_p0671a21:下諸佛世界,惠施眾生大智之炬,悉令得
T12n0375_p0671a22:滅無明黑闇,令百千億那由他眾生安止
T12n0375_p0671a23:不退菩提之心。
爾時,世尊心無疑慮,如師子
T12n0375_p0671a24:王。以三十二大人之相、八十種好莊嚴其
T12n0375_p0671a25:身。於其身上一切毛孔,一一毛孔出一蓮
T12n0375_p0671a26:花。其花微妙,各具千葉,純真金色,琉璃為
T12n0375_p0671a27:莖、金剛為[2]鬚、[A6]玟瑰為臺,形大團圓,猶如車
T12n0375_p0671a28:輪。是諸蓮花各出種種雜色光明,青、黃、赤、白、
T12n0375_p0671a29:紫、頗梨色。是諸光明皆悉遍至阿鼻地獄、想
T12n0375_p0671b01:地獄、黑繩地獄、眾合地獄、叫喚地獄、大叫喚地
T12n0375_p0671b02:獄、焦熱地獄、大焦熱地獄。是八地獄其中眾
T12n0375_p0671b03:生,常為諸苦之所逼切,所謂燒煮、火炙、斫刺、
T12n0375_p0671b04:[3]㓟剝。遇斯光已,如是眾苦悉滅無餘,安隱
T12n0375_p0671b05:清涼,快樂無極。是光明中宣說如來祕密之
T12n0375_p0671b06:藏,言:「諸眾生皆有佛性。」眾生聞已,即便命終
T12n0375_p0671b07:生人天中。乃至八種寒氷地獄,所謂阿波波
T12n0375_p0671b08:地獄、阿吒吒地獄、阿羅羅地獄、阿[4]娑娑地獄、
T12n0375_p0671b09:優鉢羅地獄、波頭摩地獄、拘物頭地獄、分陀利
T12n0375_p0671b10:地獄。是中眾生常為寒苦之所逼惱,所謂
T12n0375_p0671b11:[5]擘裂、身體碎壞、互相殘害。遇斯光已,如是
T12n0375_p0671b12:等苦亦滅無餘,即得調和,溫暖適身。是光
T12n0375_p0671b13:明中亦說如來祕密之藏,言:「諸眾生皆有佛
T12n0375_p0671b14:性。」眾生聞已,即便命終生人天中。爾時,於此
T12n0375_p0671b15:閻浮提界及餘世界所有地獄皆悉空虛,無
T12n0375_p0671b16:受罪者,除一闡提。
餓鬼眾生,飢渴所逼,以
T12n0375_p0671b17:髮纏身,於百千歲未曾得聞漿水之名。
T12n0375_p0671b18:遇斯光已,飢渴即除。是光明中亦說如來微
T12n0375_p0671b19:密祕藏,言:「諸眾生皆有佛性。」眾生聞已,即便
T12n0375_p0671b20:命終生[6]人天中,令諸餓鬼亦悉空虛,除謗
T12n0375_p0671b21:大乘方等正典。
畜生眾生,互相殺害、共相殘
T12n0375_p0671b22:食。遇斯光已,恚心悉滅。是光明中亦說如
T12n0375_p0671b23:來祕密之藏,言:「諸眾生皆有佛性。」眾生聞已,
T12n0375_p0671b24:即便命終生人天中。當爾之時,畜生亦盡,
T12n0375_p0671b25:除謗正法。
是一一花各有一佛,圓光一尋,
T12n0375_p0671b26:金色晃曜,微妙端嚴最上無比,三十二相、八
T12n0375_p0671b27:十種好莊嚴其身。是諸世尊,或有坐者、或
T12n0375_p0671b28:有行者、或有臥者、或有住者,或震雷音、或
T12n0375_p0671b29:澍洪雨、或放電光、或扇大風、或出煙焰身
T12n0375_p0671c01:如[7]火聚。或復示現七寶諸山、池、泉、河水、山
T12n0375_p0671c02:林、樹木,或復示現七寶國土、城邑、聚落、宮殿、
T12n0375_p0671c03:屋宅,或復示現象、馬、師子、虎、狼、孔雀、鳳凰、諸
T12n0375_p0671c04:鳥。或復示現令閻浮提所有眾生悉見地獄、
T12n0375_p0671c05:畜生、餓鬼,或復示現欲界六天。
復有世尊
T12n0375_p0671c06:或說陰界諸入多諸過患,或復有說四聖
T12n0375_p0671c07:諦法,或復有說諸法因緣,或復有說諸業
T12n0375_p0671c08:煩惱皆因緣生,或復有說我與無我,或復
T12n0375_p0671c09:有說苦、樂二法,或復有說常、無常等,或復
T12n0375_p0671c10:有說淨與不淨。
復有世尊為諸菩薩演
T12n0375_p0671c11:說所行六波羅蜜,或復有說諸大菩薩所得
T12n0375_p0671c12:功德,或復有說諸佛世尊所得功德,或復有
T12n0375_p0671c13:說聲聞之人所得功德。或復有說隨順一
T12n0375_p0671c14:乘、或復有說三乘成道。
或有世尊左脇出
T12n0375_p0671c15:水、右脇出火。或有示現初生、出家、坐於道
T12n0375_p0671c16:場、菩提樹下轉妙法輪、入于涅槃。或有世
T12n0375_p0671c17:尊作師子吼,令此會中有得一果、二果、三
T12n0375_p0671c18:果、至第四果。或復有說出離生死無量因
T12n0375_p0671c19:緣。
爾時,於此閻浮提中所有眾生遇斯光
T12n0375_p0671c20:已,盲者見色、聾者聽聲、啞者能言、拘躄能
T12n0375_p0671c21:行,貧者得財、慳者[8]能施、恚者慈心、不信者
T12n0375_p0671c22:信。如是,世界無一眾生修行惡法,除一闡
T12n0375_p0671c23:提。
爾時,一切天、龍、鬼神、乾闥婆、阿修羅、迦樓
T12n0375_p0671c24:羅、緊那羅、摩睺羅伽、羅剎、[*]健陀、憂摩陀、阿婆
T12n0375_p0671c25:[9]魔羅、人非人等悉共同聲唱如是言:「善哉,
T12n0375_p0671c26:善哉。無上天尊多所利益。」說是語已,踊躍
T12n0375_p0671c27:歡喜,或歌、或舞、或身動轉,以種種花散佛
T12n0375_p0671c28:及僧,所謂天優鉢羅花、拘物頭花、波頭摩花、
T12n0375_p0671c29:分陀利花、曼陀羅花、摩訶曼陀羅花、曼殊沙
T12n0375_p0672a01:花、摩訶曼殊沙花、散陀那花、摩訶散陀那花、
T12n0375_p0672a02:盧脂那花、摩訶盧脂那花、香花、大香花、適意
T12n0375_p0672a03:花、大適意花、愛見花、大愛見花、端嚴花、第一
T12n0375_p0672a04:端嚴花。復散諸香,所謂沈水、多伽樓香、栴檀、
T12n0375_p0672a05:欝金、和合雜香、海岸聚香。復以天上寶幢、幡
T12n0375_p0672a06:蓋、諸天伎樂——箏、笛、笙、瑟、箜篌、鼓吹——供養於佛。

T12n0375_p0672a26:智慧,不為一切諸魔、外道之所破壞。善男
T12n0375_p0672a27:子!汝已安住,不為一切諸[2]惡邪風之所傾
T12n0375_p0672a28:動。善男子!汝已成就樂說辯才,已曾供養
T12n0375_p0672a29:過去無量恒河沙等諸佛世尊,是故能問如
T12n0375_p0672b01:來正覺如是之義。
「善男子!我於往昔無量無
T12n0375_p0672b02:邊億那由他百千萬劫已除病根,永離倚
T12n0375_p0672b03:臥。迦葉!過去無量阿僧祇劫有佛出世,號
T12n0375_p0672b04:無上勝如來、應供、正遍知、明行足、善逝、世間解、
T12n0375_p0672b05:無上士、調御丈夫、天人師、佛、世尊,為諸聲聞
T12n0375_p0672b06:說是大乘《大涅槃經》,開示分別顯發其義。我
T12n0375_p0672b07:於爾時亦為彼佛而作聲聞,受持如是大
T12n0375_p0672b08:涅槃典,讀誦、通利、書寫經卷、廣為他人開
T12n0375_p0672b09:示、分別解說其義,以是善根迴向阿耨多羅

「善男子!我從是來,未曾有惡

T12n0375_p0672b13:破塔壞僧、出佛身血、犯四重禁。從是[3]已
T12n0375_p0672b14:來,身心安隱,無諸苦惱。
「迦葉!我今實無一切
T12n0375_p0672b15:疾病。所以者何?諸佛世尊久已遠離一切病
T12n0375_p0672b16:故。迦葉!是諸眾生不知大乘方等密[4]教,便
T12n0375_p0672b17:謂如來真實有疾。
T12n0375_p0672b18:「迦葉!如言:『如來,人中師子。』而如來者實非
T12n0375_p0672b19:師子,如是之言即是如來祕密之教。迦葉!
T12n0375_p0672b20:如言:『如來,人中大龍。』而我已於無量劫中
T12n0375_p0672b21:捨離是業。迦葉!如言:『如來,是人、是天。』而我
T12n0375_p0672b22:真實非人、非天,亦非鬼神、乾闥婆、阿修羅、迦
T12n0375_p0672b23:樓羅、緊那羅、摩睺羅伽,非我、非命,非可養
T12n0375_p0672b24:育、非人士夫,非作、非不作,非受、非不受,
T12n0375_p0672b25:非世尊、非聲聞,非說、非不說。如是等語皆
T12n0375_p0672b26:是如來祕密之教。
T12n0375_p0672b27:「迦葉!如言:『如來猶如大海、須彌山王。』而如
T12n0375_p0672b28:來者實非醎味、同於石山,當知是語亦是如
T12n0375_p0672b29:來祕密之教。迦葉!如言:『如來如分陀利。』而
T12n0375_p0672c01:我實非分陀利也,如是之言即是如來祕密
T12n0375_p0672c02:之教。迦葉!如言:『如來猶如父母。』而如來者
T12n0375_p0672c03:實非父母,如是之言亦是如來祕密之教。迦
T12n0375_p0672c04:葉!如言:『如來是大船師。』而如來者實非船
T12n0375_p0672c05:師,如是之言亦是如來祕密之教。迦葉!如
T12n0375_p0672c06:言:『如來猶如商主。』而如來者實非商主,如
T12n0375_p0672c07:是之言亦是如來祕密之教。迦葉!如言:『如
T12n0375_p0672c08:來能摧伏魔。』而如來者實無惡心欲令他
T12n0375_p0672c09:伏,如是之言皆是如來祕密之教。迦葉!如
T12n0375_p0672c10:言:『如來能治癰瘡。』而我實非治癰瘡師,如
T12n0375_p0672c11:是之言亦是如來祕密之教。
「迦葉!如我先說:
T12n0375_p0672c12:『若有善男子、善女人善能修治身、口、意業,捨
T12n0375_p0672c13:命之時,雖有親族取其屍骸,或以火燒、或
T12n0375_p0672c14:投大水、或棄塚間,狐、狼、禽獸競共食[5]噉,然
T12n0375_p0672c15:心意識即生善道。而是心法實無去、來,亦無
T12n0375_p0672c16:所至,直是前後相似、相續,相貌不異。』如是之
T12n0375_p0672c17:言即是如來祕密之教。
「迦葉!我今言病亦復
T12n0375_p0672c18:如是,亦是如來祕密之教。是故,顧命文殊師
T12n0375_p0672c19:利:『吾今背痛,汝等當為四眾說法。』
「迦葉!如
T12n0375_p0672c20:來正覺實無有病,右脇而臥,亦不畢竟入於
T12n0375_p0672c21:涅槃。迦葉!是大涅槃即是諸佛甚深禪定,如
T12n0375_p0672c22:是禪定非是聲聞、緣覺行處。
「迦葉!汝[6]先所
T12n0375_p0672c23:問:『如來何故倚臥不起、不索飲食、誡勅家
T12n0375_p0672c24:屬修治產業?』迦葉!虛空之性亦無坐起、求
T12n0375_p0672c25:索飲食、勅誡家屬修治產業,亦無去、來,生、
T12n0375_p0672c26:滅,老、壯,出、沒,傷、破,解脫、繫縛,亦不自說、亦不
T12n0375_p0672c27:說他,亦不自解、亦不解他,非安、非病。善男
T12n0375_p0672c28:子!諸佛世尊亦復如是,猶如虛空,云何當
T12n0375_p0672c29:有諸病苦耶?
T12n0375_p0673a01:「迦葉!世有三人其病難治:一、謗大乘,二、五
T12n0375_p0673a02:逆罪,三、一闡提。如是三病,世中極重,悉非
T12n0375_p0673a03:聲聞、緣覺之所能治。善男子!譬如有病,必
T12n0375_p0673a04:死[1]難治。若有瞻病、隨意、醫藥,若無瞻病、隨
T12n0375_p0673a05:意、醫藥,如是之病定不可治,當知是人必
T12n0375_p0673a06:死[2]不疑。[3]善男子!是三種人亦復如是,若
T12n0375_p0673a07:有聲聞、緣覺、菩薩,或有說法、或不說法,不
T12n0375_p0673a08:能令其發阿耨多羅三藐三菩提心。
「迦葉!
T12n0375_p0673a09:譬如病人,若有瞻病、隨意、醫藥則可令差,
T12n0375_p0673a10:若無此三則不可差。聲聞、緣覺亦復如是,
T12n0375_p0673a11:從佛菩薩得聞法已,即便能發阿耨多羅
T12n0375_p0673a12:三藐三菩提心,非不聞法能發心也。
「迦葉!
T12n0375_p0673a13:譬如病人,若有瞻病、隨意、醫藥,若無瞻病、
T12n0375_p0673a14:隨意、醫藥,皆悉可差。有一種人亦復如是,
T12n0375_p0673a15:或值聲聞、不值聲聞,或值緣覺、不值緣
T12n0375_p0673a16:覺,或值菩薩、不值菩薩,或值如來、不值
T12n0375_p0673a17:如來,或得聞法、[4]或不聞法,自然得成阿
T12n0375_p0673a18:耨多羅三藐三菩提,所謂有人或為自身、或
T12n0375_p0673a19:為他身,或為怖畏、或為利養,或為諛諂、或
T12n0375_p0673a20:為誑他,書寫如是《大涅槃經》,受持、讀誦、供
T12n0375_p0673a21:養、恭敬、為他說者。
T12n0375_p0673a22:「迦葉!有五種人於是大乘大涅槃典有病
T12n0375_p0673a23:行處,非如來也。何等為五?一、斷三結得
T12n0375_p0673a24:須陀洹果,不墮地獄、畜生、餓鬼,人天七[5]返,
T12n0375_p0673a25:永斷諸苦,入於涅槃。迦葉!是名第一[6]人
T12n0375_p0673a26:有病行處,是人未來過八萬劫,便當得成
T12n0375_p0673a27:阿耨多羅三藐三菩提。
「迦葉!第二人者,斷三
T12n0375_p0673a28:結[7]縛,薄貪、恚、癡,得斯陀含果,[8]名一往來,
T12n0375_p0673a29:永斷諸苦,入於涅槃。迦葉!是名第二[*]人有
T12n0375_p0673b01:病行處,是人未來過六萬劫,便當得成阿
T12n0375_p0673b02:耨多羅三藐三菩提。
「迦葉!第三人者,斷五下
T12n0375_p0673b03:結,得阿那含果,更不來此,永斷諸苦,入於
T12n0375_p0673b04:涅槃。是名第三[*]人有病行處,是人未來過
T12n0375_p0673b05:四萬劫,便當得成阿耨多羅三藐三菩提。
「迦
T12n0375_p0673b06:葉!第四人者,永斷貪欲、瞋恚、愚癡,得阿羅
T12n0375_p0673b07:漢果,煩惱無餘,入於涅槃,亦非麒麟獨一
T12n0375_p0673b08:之行。是名第四人有病行處,是人[9]未來過
T12n0375_p0673b09:二萬劫,便當得成阿耨多羅三藐三菩提。
T12n0375_p0673b10:「迦葉!第五人者,永斷貪欲、瞋恚、愚癡,得辟
T12n0375_p0673b11:支佛道,煩惱無餘,入於涅槃,真是麒麟獨一
T12n0375_p0673b12:之行。是名第五人有病行處,是人未來過十
T12n0375_p0673b13:千劫,便當得成阿耨多羅三藐三菩提。
