過去有王,名地自在,受性暴惡,

T03n0153_p0052b17:來朝侍;其王口惡,身行無善,常為非法侵
T03n0153_p0052b18:[18]陵他境。王有輔相——大婆羅門,修清淨行,智
T03n0153_p0052b19:人所讚,口言柔軟,不宣麤惡,有所造作,能速
T03n0153_p0052b20:成辦,面目端嚴,為世所敬,四毘陀典靡不
T03n0153_p0052b21:綜練;諸婆羅門所有經論,通達解了無有
T03n0153_p0052b22:遺餘。
是時,輔相年已衰邁,遇病未久,奄爾即
T03n0153_p0052b23:[19]亡。王及人民聞其終歿,[20]悉生懊惱,思慕
T03n0153_p0052b24:難忍。時,王思念不去須臾,即為臣民而說偈
T03n0153_p0052b25:言:
T03n0153_p0052b26:T03n0153_p0052b27:T03n0153_p0052b28:T03n0153_p0052b29:T03n0153_p0052c01:T03n0153_p0052c02: T03n0153_p0052c03:爾時,諸臣即白王言:「唯願大王寬意莫愁,勿

T03n0153_p0052c05:復命終,其子年幼聰明黠慧,顏貌端正世
T03n0153_p0052c06:無及者;發言柔軟悅可眾心,修行忍辱心
T03n0153_p0052c07:常寂靜,無有憍慢貢高自大,博學多聞無書
T03n0153_p0052c08:不綜,利益眾生猶如梵王,名毘羅摩。唯願
T03n0153_p0052c09:大王,即命此人以為輔相。」
時王答言:「彼若
T03n0153_p0052c10:有子如汝說者,我從昔來所未曾聞。」
[22]臣復
T03n0153_p0052c11:言:「大王!是婆羅門子常求正法離於邪法,
T03n0153_p0052c12:愛護己法未能為人。」
王即答言:「子若是才
T03n0153_p0052c13:人,何得違毀先人家法,若離先業則不得名
T03n0153_p0052c14:求正法者,是人先父常以正法佐吾治國,能
T03n0153_p0052c15:令吾等遠離眾惡,雖作如是治國[23]治務,終
T03n0153_p0052c16:不破失婆羅門法,如其彼人如汝說者,便可
T03n0153_p0052c17:召來。」
諸臣奉命,即遣使者,召毘羅摩,將詣
T03n0153_p0052c18:王所。到已就坐,歛容而踞,說如是言:「大王!
T03n0153_p0052c19:今日以何因緣而見顧命?」
王即答言:「汝不
T03n0153_p0052c20:知耶!我之薄祐,汝父輔相不幸薨殞,大地傾
T03n0153_p0052c21:喪人民擾動,我為之憂,其心迷悶。」
時,毘羅摩
T03n0153_p0052c22:即白王言:「夫愛別離非王獨有如此,皆是有
T03n0153_p0052c23:為法相也。大王昔來不曾聞耶!若天、龍、鬼
T03n0153_p0052c24:神、阿修羅、乾闥婆、迦樓羅、緊那羅、摩睺羅
T03n0153_p0052c25:伽、沙門、婆羅門,若老若少,悉無得離是終
T03n0153_p0052c26:歿者。大王!一切眾生決定有之。大王!譬如火
T03n0153_p0052c27:性悉能燒然一切之物,無常之法亦復如是,
T03n0153_p0052c28:悉能壞滅一切眾生。王不知耶!是老、病、死,能
T03n0153_p0052c29:喪眾生,如四衢道頭華果之樹,常為多人之
T03n0153_p0053a01:所抖擻。大王!譬如[1]駃河常流不停,眾生壽
T03n0153_p0053a02:命亦復如是;大王!如金翅鳥投龍宮中,搏撮
T03n0153_p0053a03:諸龍而食噉之;亦如師子在麞[2]鹿群威猛;
T03n0153_p0053a04:一切眾生在三界中流迴,死法亦復如是。大
T03n0153_p0053a05:王!如是死法,非以親近財貨求贖軟言誘恤而
T03n0153_p0053a06:可得脫,亦不可以四兵威力逼迫[3]禦之,令其
T03n0153_p0053a07:退[4]散,如是死法決定而有,是眾生常法。
T03n0153_p0053a08:以是義故,大王於此不應生憂。」
時,王聞已心
T03n0153_p0053a09:生歡喜,復向諸臣說如是言:「未曾有也,如
T03n0153_p0053a10:是童子,年雖幼稚乃說先宿耆舊之言。」時,
T03n0153_p0053a11:王即語毘羅摩言:「汝不知耶!汝之先父愛護
T03n0153_p0053a12:於吾猶如赤子,是故我今感其恩重,憂愁迷
T03n0153_p0053a13:悶;吾今輕弱頑嚚無智,如汝所說吾永無分,
T03n0153_p0053a14:汝今若見垂顧矜哀,願[5]先承嗣纂繼家業,
T03n0153_p0053a15:我當誠心盡壽歸依。」
時,毘羅摩即作是念:「我
T03n0153_p0053a16:今如何一旦對至,今聞此言莫知所作,猶如
T03n0153_p0053a17:羸人步涉高山。」復作是念:「今者,承嗣毘輔國
T03n0153_p0053a18:[6]政,於諸人民雖多利益,然我所修純善之
T03n0153_p0053a19:法則為虧損。君治國土稱萬姓心,當有無
T03n0153_p0053a20:量諸過患事,所謂刑罰,劫奪他財威[*]陵天
T03n0153_p0053a21:下,或擯或驅,要當隨王行如是法,若行正
T03n0153_p0053a22:法,我善則損;今我若[7]故修行善法,則不上
T03n0153_p0053a23:稱大王聖懷,若稱王法,善法日衰。」
作是念
T03n0153_p0053a24:時,王復白言:「大師今[8]日何所思慮?」
時,毘
T03n0153_p0053a25:羅摩即答王言:「我今所念,當以何術令王身
T03n0153_p0053a26:及國人民悉得利益無諸衰耗,亦復思惟王
T03n0153_p0053a27:與國人福德過患,若先行善後行於惡,則不
T03n0153_p0053a28:名人。大王![9]寧為實語,而作怨憎;不為諂言,
T03n0153_p0053a29:而作親厚;寧[10]說正法,墮於地獄;不說邪諂,
T03n0153_p0053b01:生於天上。大王!我今思惟籌量是事。大
T03n0153_p0053b02:王!若有人能思惟是義,當知是人則能利益
T03n0153_p0053b03:一切眾生。」
王聞是語,心生歡喜,復作是言:
T03n0153_p0053b04:「大師!我等若能如是行法,所修善法,則為
T03n0153_p0053b05:不損。」
時,毘羅摩即奉王命纂承先父輔相
T03n0153_p0053b06:之業,然後漸漸勸化,是王及八萬四千小
T03n0153_p0053b07:王修持正法;亦令其國所有人民,背捨遠惡,
T03n0153_p0053b08:不貪五欲。時王修行無量善法,如毘羅摩等
T03n0153_p0053b09:無差別也。時毘羅摩見王如是,心生歡喜而
T03n0153_p0053b10:作是言:「我今已為修治國土,然我善法無
T03n0153_p0053b11:所衰損。」復作是念:「我今當以何等因緣勸
T03n0153_p0053b12:諸眾生,悉令安住阿耨多羅三藐三菩提道。
T03n0153_p0053b13:然諸眾生受性不同,或欲聞法、或貪財貨、或
T03n0153_p0053b14:嗜五欲、或樂愛語、或好憒鬧多人親附、或好
T03n0153_p0053b15:隨逐善人之行、或樂多[11]愛心無厭足。我今
T03n0153_p0053b16:幸有大智方便,悉能攝取一切眾生,安止
T03n0153_p0053b17:住於阿耨多羅三藐三菩提,我亦復有餘方
T03n0153_p0053b18:便。譬如日出,雖能照了一切天下,然不能
T03n0153_p0053b19:為盲者作明;我亦如是,雖復能為一切眾
T03n0153_p0053b20:生說無上道,然不能為無慧目者而作利益。
T03n0153_p0053b21:我今復當以衣服、飲食而給足之,令其飽滿,
T03n0153_p0053b22:心歡喜已,然後復當為之說法,令其信受。」
時,
T03n0153_p0053b23:毗羅摩思是義已,即至王所,作如是言:「我今
T03n0153_p0053b24:已為無量眾生作法事已。聚集三法,所謂修
T03n0153_p0053b25:行正法,聚集錢財所願成就,則令一切國土
T03n0153_p0053b26:安樂無有怨讎,正法增長猶如初月,好名流
T03n0153_p0053b27:布八方上下。唯願大王,聽我修行無上正
T03n0153_p0053b28:法。」
爾時,大王聞是語已,心生驚喜,衣毛為
T03n0153_p0053b29:竪,白言:「大師!諸欲所作,願具告勅。」
毘羅摩
T03n0153_p0053c01:言:「我今欲作一切大施,施中所須願為我
T03n0153_p0053c02:辦。爾時大王即於城外,安曠之處莊嚴施場,
T03n0153_p0053c03:唯願大王,善言誘喻,諸作使者無令於我而
T03n0153_p0053c04:生瞋恨;爾時大王及給使者,皆悉歡喜敬意,
T03n0153_p0053c05:供辦飲食所須;尋於諸方擊皷宣令,若諸眾
T03n0153_p0053c06:生凡有所須——衣服、飲食、臥具、醫藥、象馬、車乘
T03n0153_p0053c07:香華、瓔珞、末香、塗香、舍宅、燈明悉來集此,當
T03n0153_p0053c08:相奉給。」復說偈言:
T03n0153_p0053c09:T03n0153_p0053c10:T03n0153_p0053c11:T03n0153_p0053c12:T03n0153_p0053c13:T03n0153_p0053c14:T03n0153_p0053c15:T03n0153_p0053c16:T03n0153_p0053c17:T03n0153_p0053c18:T03n0153_p0053c19:T03n0153_p0053c20:T03n0153_p0053c21: T03n0153_p0053c22:時,毘羅摩菩薩摩訶薩所設供具,令無量百

T03n0153_p0053c24:「諸大德!我今忘身以憂汝身,汝等今已受
T03n0153_p0054a01:我供養。好自利益當觀正法,若死至時雖有
T03n0153_p0054a02:父母、妻子、親族無量財寶,不能令命住一念
T03n0153_p0054a03:頃,及其命盡獨至他世;父母、妻子、親族財寶
T03n0153_p0054a04:無隨去者,唯有業行不[1]能捨離。」復為大眾
T03n0153_p0054a05:而說偈言:
T03n0153_p0054a06:T03n0153_p0054a07:T03n0153_p0054a08:T03n0153_p0054a09:T03n0153_p0054a10:T03n0153_p0054a11: T03n0153_p0054a12:「諸大德!汝等今身安隱無患,所謂衰老、肺病、
T03n0153_p0054a13:[2]欬逆、頭痛已無是病,當勤修行一切善法。」
T03n0153_p0054a14:是毘羅摩菩薩摩訶薩,以二攝法攝取眾生,
T03n0153_p0054a15:所謂財法:滿九十日過夏已訖奉施嚫願。所
T03n0153_p0054a16:謂金盤具足八萬盛以銀粟、八萬銀盤盛以
T03n0153_p0054a17:金粟、八萬小牛、八萬乳牛悉從一犢,是一一
T03n0153_p0054a18:牛乳日一斛,純以白[3]疊纏覆其身,金角銀
T03n0153_p0054a19:蹄莊嚴映飾;八萬童女形體端正,金寶瓔珞
T03n0153_p0054a20:以自莊嚴,一一女人有一侍女,供給使令令
T03n0153_p0054a21:皆淨潔,是諸女人各有一床,或金、或銀、琉璃
T03n0153_p0054a22:[4]頗梨、象牙、香木,種種茵蓐以敷其上;牛車
T03n0153_p0054a23:八萬、象馬八萬,及諸倉庫,錢財珍寶不可
T03n0153_p0054a24:稱計。如是等物悉莊嚴已,而作是念:「今是
T03n0153_p0054a25:施物將無少耶?」
爾時,菩薩為諸婆羅門說如
T03n0153_p0054a26:是言:「汝等當知,我今集聚如是種種金銀、女
T03n0153_p0054a27:人、車乘、象馬、倉穀、珍寶,正為汝等,幸可少時
T03n0153_p0054a28:寂然無言,聽我所願,然後隨意共分而去。」
爾
T03n0153_p0054a29:時,一切諸婆羅門寂然無聲。是時,菩薩為諸
T03n0153_p0054b01:眾生自諫其心:「汝心所作常求果報,猶如
T03n0153_p0054b02:獼猴入於稠林。」而說偈言:
T03n0153_p0054b03:T03n0153_p0054b04:T03n0153_p0054b05:T03n0153_p0054b06:T03n0153_p0054b07:T03n0153_p0054b08:T03n0153_p0054b09:T03n0153_p0054b10:T03n0153_p0054b11:T03n0153_p0054b12:T03n0153_p0054b13:T03n0153_p0054b14:T03n0153_p0054b15:T03n0153_p0054b16:T03n0153_p0054b17: T03n0153_p0054b18:爾時,毘羅摩菩薩即以右手執持澡[7]灌,以大
T03n0153_p0054b19:慈悲熏修其心,憐愍一切諸眾生故,涕泣
T03n0153_p0054b20:流淚而作是念:「我今所施,不為梵王、摩醯首
T03n0153_p0054b21:羅、釋提桓因,假使更有勝是三者,亦不悕
T03n0153_p0054b22:求;唯求佛道,欲利眾生斷諸煩惱。我今當
T03n0153_p0054b23:捨己身、妻子、奴婢、僕使、珍寶、舍宅,唯求解脫,
T03n0153_p0054b24:不求生死。我今所施柔軟女人,願諸眾生於
T03n0153_p0054b25:未來世,悉得斷除所有貪欲;今我所施五種
T03n0153_p0054b26:牛味,願諸眾生,於未來世常能惠施他人
T03n0153_p0054b27:法味;今我所施如是敷具,願諸眾生,於未
T03n0153_p0054b28:來世悉得如來金剛坐處;我今所施種種珍
T03n0153_p0054b29:寶,願諸眾生,於未來世悉得如來七菩提
T03n0153_p0054c01:寶。」作是語已,從上坐所循行澡水,而水不
T03n0153_p0054c02:下,猶如慳人不肯布施。
爾時,菩薩即作是念:
T03n0153_p0054c03:「今此澡水何緣不下?」復作是念:「將非我願,
T03n0153_p0054c04:未來之世不得成耶?誰之遮制令水不下,將
T03n0153_p0054c05:非此中無有大德,其餘不應受我供耶?或我
T03n0153_p0054c06:所施不周普耶?或是我僕使不歡喜耶?將非
T03n0153_p0054c07:此中有殺生耶?我今定知不[8]困眾生,我今
T03n0153_p0054c08:所施亦是時施,亦不觀[9]採是受非受。而[*]此
T03n0153_p0054c09:灌水何緣不下?」
爾時,菩薩見婆羅門為此諸
T03n0153_p0054c10:女生貪嫉心,而起瞋恨,各各說言:「彼女端
T03n0153_p0054c11:正,我應取之,汝不應取。彼牛肥壯,我應取之,
T03n0153_p0054c12:汝不應取。」金銀[10]盤粟,乃至珍寶,亦復如是。
T03n0153_p0054c13:爾時,菩薩見諸婆羅門貪心諍物,互相瞋恚,
T03n0153_p0054c14:即作是言:「是諸受者,貪欲、瞋恚、愚癡、亂心不
T03n0153_p0054c15:能堪受,如是供養如車軸折,輻輞破壞不
T03n0153_p0054c16:任運載,我亦如是。種子良善而田薄惡,以
T03n0153_p0054c17:此受者,心不善故令是澡水不肯流下,我今
T03n0153_p0054c18:雖作如是布施,亦無有人教我令發阿耨多
T03n0153_p0054c19:羅三藐三菩提心,而我自為一切眾生故發
T03n0153_p0054c20:是心。今當自試,若我審能愍眾生者,[*]灌水
T03n0153_p0054c21:當下。」即以左手執[*]罐[11]瀉之,水即流下菩薩
T03n0153_p0054c22:右手。
諸婆羅門見是事已,各生慚愧,離所施
T03n0153_p0054c23:物修行梵行,諸婆羅門尋共稽首,求請菩薩
T03n0153_p0054c24:以為和尚。菩薩憐愍即便受之,教令修學四
T03n0153_p0054c25:無量心,以是因緣命終即得生梵天上,令無
T03n0153_p0054c26:量眾生發阿耨多羅三藐三菩提心。菩薩摩
T03n0153_p0054c27:訶薩行檀波羅蜜時,不見此是福田此非福
T03n0153_p0054c28:田,亦不分別多親少疑。是故菩薩若布施
T03n0153_p0054c29:時,或多、或少、或好、或惡,應以一心清淨奉
T03n0153_p0055a01:上,莫於受者生下劣心。
T03n0153_p0055a02:[1]菩薩本緣經一切施品第二
T03n0153_p0055a03:T03n0153_p0055a05:如我曾聞:
過去有王,名一切施;是王初生,即
T03n0153_p0055a06:向父母說如是言:「我於一切無量眾生,尚能
T03n0153_p0055a07:棄捨所重身命,況復其餘外物珍寶。」是故父
T03n0153_p0055a08:母敬而重之,為立名字,字一切施。從其初生,
T03n0153_p0055a09:身與行施,漸漸增長,譬如初月至十五日。其
T03n0153_p0055a10:後不久父王崩背,即承洪業霸治國土,如法
T03n0153_p0055a11:化民不[2]抂萬姓,擁護自身不豫他事,終不
T03n0153_p0055a12:侵陵他餘隣國。隣國若故來討罰[3]之,希能擒
T03n0153_p0055a13:獲,救攝貧民給施以財,恭敬沙門婆羅門等。
T03n0153_p0055a14:常以淨手施眾生食,口常宣唱與是人衣、與
T03n0153_p0055a15:是人食、及與財寶,愛護是人、瞻視是人。
爾時,
T03n0153_p0055a16:菩薩常行如是善布施,時隣國人民聞王功
T03n0153_p0055a17:德,悉來歸化,其土充滿間無空處,猶如山頂
T03n0153_p0055a18:暴漲之水,流注溝坑谿澗深處;亦如半月海
T03n0153_p0055a19:水潮出,其國外來歸化之民,充滿側塞,亦復
T03n0153_p0055a20:如是。其餘隣國漸失人民,各生瞋恨,即共集
T03n0153_p0055a21:議,當共往討。作是議已,尋嚴四兵來向其國。
T03n0153_p0055a22:爾時,邊方守禦之人,遠來白王:「隣國怨賊今
T03n0153_p0055a23:已相逼,猶如暴風黑雲惡雨。」王即告言:「卿
T03n0153_p0055a24:等不應惱亂我心。」即說偈言:
T03n0153_p0055a25:T03n0153_p0055a26:T03n0153_p0055a27:T03n0153_p0055a28:T03n0153_p0055a29:T03n0153_p0055b01:T03n0153_p0055b02:T03n0153_p0055b03: T03n0153_p0055b04:「是故,我今不能為身侵害眾生,奪他財物以自
T03n0153_p0055b05:免者。」
爾時,大臣及諸人民各作是言:「唯願,大
T03n0153_p0055b06:王!莫便捨去,臣等自能當[6]御此敵,王且觀
T03n0153_p0055b07:之,臣等今日當以五兵戟牟劍矟,奮擊此賊,
T03n0153_p0055b08:足如暴風吹破雨雲。」
王即答言:「咄哉卿等!
T03n0153_p0055b09:吾已久知,卿等於吾,生大愛護,尊重恭敬;亦
T03n0153_p0055b10:知卿等勇健、難勝、雄猛、武略、策謀第一。但彼
T03n0153_p0055b11:敵王今作此舉,都不為卿,正為吾耳。假使
T03n0153_p0055b12:彼來不損卿等,何得乃生如是惡心?吾久知
T03n0153_p0055b13:此,五盛陰身為眾箭[7]鏑,卿不知耶?吾久為
T03n0153_p0055b14:卿說,諸菩薩應於眾生生一子想,[8]汝不應於
T03n0153_p0055b15:他眾生[9]所生瞋害心,畢定當知墮于地獄,
T03n0153_p0055b16:是故應當一心修善。」當說是時,賊已來至,高
T03n0153_p0055b17:聲大叫。
王聞聲已,即問群臣:「此是何聲?」
諸
T03n0153_p0055b18:群臣寮各懷悲感,舉聲哀號,咸作是言:「惡賊
T03n0153_p0055b19:無辜,多害人民,譬如惡雹傷害五穀,亦如猛
T03n0153_p0055b20:火焚燒乾草,又如暴風吹拔大樹,又如師子
T03n0153_p0055b21:殺害諸禽獸,怨賊殺害,亦復如是。」
爾時,諸臣
T03n0153_p0055b22:不受王教,即各散出,莊嚴四兵便逆共戰。軍
T03n0153_p0055b23:無主將,尋即退散,兵眾喪命,不可稱計。時,王
T03n0153_p0055b24:登樓說如是言:「因惡欲故令人行惡,如是諸
T03n0153_p0055b25:欲,猶如死尸行廁糞穢,如何為此而行惡耶!
T03n0153_p0055b26:愚人貪國,興諍競心,猶如眾鳥競諍段肉,
T03n0153_p0055b27:是諸眾生常有怨憎,謂老病死,云何不自觀
T03n0153_p0055b28:察是怨,反更於他而生諍競?」一切施王思
T03n0153_p0055b29:是義時,敵國怨王即入宮中。
王於爾時便
T03n0153_p0055c01:從水竇逃入深山,至稠林中,得免怨賊。其
T03n0153_p0055c02:地清淨,林木種種,華果無量,不可稱計;水清
T03n0153_p0055c03:柔軟,八味具足,眾鳥鳧鴈,禽獸難計。王見
T03n0153_p0055c04:是已,心生歡喜,復作是言:「吾今真實得離家
T03n0153_p0055c05:過患,無量眾生常為老病死怖逼惱,今得此
T03n0153_p0055c06:處清淨安樂快不可言,此林乃是修悲菩薩
T03n0153_p0055c07:之所住處,亦是破壞四魔之人堅固牢城,
T03n0153_p0055c08:我今已得清潔洗浴、離眾垢故,我今與此眾
T03n0153_p0055c09:鹿為伴,身心安隱極受上樂。」
爾時,怨王得
T03n0153_p0055c10:其國已,即便唱令求覔本王:「若有能得一
T03n0153_p0055c11:切施王,若殺、若縛將來至此,吾當重賞隨其
T03n0153_p0055c12:所須,一切給與,以其先時常自稱讚能行正
T03n0153_p0055c13:法,呰毀吾等暴虐行惡,是故吾今欲得見
T03n0153_p0055c14:之,示其修善所得果報。」
爾時,他方有一婆羅
T03n0153_p0055c15:門,貧窮、[10]孤悴、唯仰乞活,[11]兼遇官事,無所恃
T03n0153_p0055c16:賴。聞王名字,好行惠施,即從其國來欲造詣,
T03n0153_p0055c17:乞求所須。[12]即於中路,飢渴、疲乏[A2]止息林中,即
T03n0153_p0055c18:便[13]譖言:「是處寂靜聖人住處,亦是神仙離
T03n0153_p0055c19:欲之人,求解脫者斷絕飲食、不畜奴婢、不乘
T03n0153_p0055c20:車馬、少欲知足、食噉稗子諸根藥草;大悲心
T03n0153_p0055c21:者之所住處,亦是一切飛鳥、走獸無怖畏處,
T03n0153_p0055c22:自在天王為令眾生,見家過患,故化是處。」
爾
T03n0153_p0055c23:時,一切施王聞是語已,心生歡喜,便往見之,
T03n0153_p0055c24:共相問訊,便命令坐。時,婆羅門即便前坐,坐
T03n0153_p0055c25:已,一切施王便以所有眾味甘果而奉上之。

T03n0153_p0056a03:他,喪失財賄,親族凋零,以在家故,受如是
T03n0153_p0056a04:事。大德!汝今已斷一切繫縛,安住山林,如
T03n0153_p0056a05:大龍象自在無礙。」
一切施菩薩,即作是言:「汝
T03n0153_p0056a06:今發言,清淨柔軟,何故不共於此住止?」
婆羅
T03n0153_p0056a07:門言:「若欲聞者,我當為汝具陳說之。我本生
T03n0153_p0056a08:處去此懸遠,薄祐所致,遇王暴虐,猶如師子
T03n0153_p0056a09:在鹿群中,終無一念慈善之心。我王暴虐亦
T03n0153_p0056a10:復如是,於諸人民無有慈愍,有罪無罪唯貨
T03n0153_p0056a11:是從。我從生來小心畏慎,曾無毫釐犯王憲
T03n0153_p0056a12:制,橫收我家繫之囹圄,從我責索金錢五
T03n0153_p0056a13:十:『若能辦者,我當赦汝居家罪戾;若不肯
T03n0153_p0056a14:輸,吾終不捨,要當繫縛幽執鞭撻。』尅日下
T03n0153_p0056a15:期當輸金錢,家窮貧苦無由能辦。曾聞此國
T03n0153_p0056a16:一切施王,好行惠施攝護貧人,所行惠施無
T03n0153_p0056a17:有斷絕,如春夏樹華果相續,亦如曠野清冷
T03n0153_p0056a18:之水,渴人過遇自恣飲之;猶如大會無人遮
T03n0153_p0056a19:止,我今略說,假使有人,人有千頭、頭有千
T03n0153_p0056a20:口、口有千舌、舌解千義,欲歎是王所有功
T03n0153_p0056a21:德,不能得盡。彼王成就如是名德。我今居家
T03n0153_p0056a22:遇王暴虐,橫羅罪戾更無恃賴,故欲造詣陳
T03n0153_p0056a23:乞所須。然我心中常作此念:『我今何時當到
T03n0153_p0056a24:其所,隨意乞求?若彼大王必見憐愍能給少
T03n0153_p0056a25:多,我家可得全其生命,若不得者,我亦不久
T03n0153_p0056a26:當復殞歿。』」
爾時,菩薩聞是事已,心悶躃地,猶
T03n0153_p0056a27:如惡風崩倒大樹。時,婆羅門即以冷水灑其
T03n0153_p0056a28:王身,還得穌息。時,婆羅門復問:「大仙!汝聞我
T03n0153_p0056a29:家受是苦惱,心迷悶耶?是中清淨,汝所愛樂
T03n0153_p0056b01:能生悲心,我今遇之尚無愁苦,汝今何緣生
T03n0153_p0056b02:是苦惱?」
王即答言:「汝本發意欲造彼王,是
T03n0153_p0056b03:汝薄相正值不在,汝今若往必不得見,故令
T03n0153_p0056b04:我愁。」
爾時,婆羅門言:「為何處去?」
施王答
T03n0153_p0056b05:言:「有敵國王,來奪其國位,今者逃命,在空山
T03n0153_p0056b06:林,唯與禽獸而為等侶。」
時,婆羅門聞是語已,
T03n0153_p0056b07:尋復悶絕。一切施王復以冷水灑之令悟,即
T03n0153_p0056b08:慰喻言:「汝今可坐,且莫愁苦。」
婆羅門言:「我
T03n0153_p0056b09:於今日命必不全。所以者何?本所願求,今悉
T03n0153_p0056b10:滅壞,我何能起?定當捨命。」
一切施王,爾時即
T03n0153_p0056b11:起慈悲之心,作如是念:「可愍道士所願不
T03n0153_p0056b12:果,譬如餓鬼遠望清水到已不獲,心悶躃地,
T03n0153_p0056b13:是婆羅門,亦復如是。」復更喚言:「咄,婆羅門!
T03n0153_p0056b14:汝可起坐,汝可起坐。一切施王,即我身是。汝
T03n0153_p0056b15:本欲見,今得遇之,何故愁苦?」
婆羅門問王:「今
T03n0153_p0056b16:善言慰喻,於我有錢財耶!」
王即答言:「我無錢
T03n0153_p0056b17:財,但有方便,可能令汝大得珍寶。」
婆羅門言:
T03n0153_p0056b18:「云何方便?」
王復答言:「我先聞彼怨家之[1]言
T03n0153_p0056b19:居我國,已於大眾中唱如是言:『若有能得
T03n0153_p0056b20:一切施王,若斷其命撿繫將來,吾當重賞隨
T03n0153_p0056b21:意所須。』我從昔來,未曾教人行於惡法,是
T03n0153_p0056b22:故不令汝斬我頭,但以繩縛送詣彼王。所
T03n0153_p0056b23:以者何?除身之外更無錢財。然我此身今
T03n0153_p0056b24:得自在,幸可易財以相救濟。善哉,善哉!婆
T03n0153_p0056b25:羅門!吾今得利,以不堅身易[2]堅牢身。道士且
T03n0153_p0056b26:觀,設使我身在此命終,屍棄曠野草木無異,
T03n0153_p0056b27:雖有禽獸而來食噉,為何所利?今以如此灰
T03n0153_p0056b28:土之身,貿易乃得真金寶物,我復何情而當
T03n0153_p0056b29:惜之?」
時,婆羅門聞是語已,悲涕而言:「何有
T03n0153_p0056c01:此理?所以者何?汝今乃是無上調御、眾生
T03n0153_p0056c02:父母,善為愛護大歸依處,能滅一切無量
T03n0153_p0056c03:眾生所有怖畏,所作廣大不望相報,於諸眾
T03n0153_p0056c04:生常生憐愍,能於闇世作大[3]錠燎。我當云
T03n0153_p0056c05:何破滅正法,繫縛汝身送怨王耶?假使將王
T03n0153_p0056c06:至彼怨所[4]得獲金寶,我復何心舒手受之?
T03n0153_p0056c07:假使受者,手當落地;譬如男子為長養身噉
T03n0153_p0056c08:父母肉,是人雖得存濟生命,與[5]怨何異?我
T03n0153_p0056c09:亦如是,設縛王身將送彼怨,雖多得財以贖

時,王答言:「如此之言,復何
T03n0153_p0056c11:足計?汝若於我必生憐愍,我自束縛,隨汝
T03n0153_p0056c12:後行詣彼怨家,汝無罪咎,我可得福。」

說是語已,王即
T03n0153_p0056c14:自縛,共婆羅門相隨至城。其王舊臣及諸人
T03n0153_p0056c15:民,當見王時,悉生驚怪:「咄,婆羅門!汝是羅
T03n0153_p0056c16:剎非婆羅門,汝是羅剎非婆羅門。汝本實是
T03n0153_p0056c17:暴惡鬼神,姧偽詐現婆羅門像,無有悲心,真
T03n0153_p0056c18:是死魔常求殺人。汝今令此王身滅沒,猶如
T03n0153_p0056c19:月蝕,七日並照大海乾竭,無上法燈今日盡
T03n0153_p0056c20:滅,旃陀羅種,汝今云何手不落地?汝身何故
T03n0153_p0056c21:不陷入地?如師子王,已死之後誰不能害?是
T03n0153_p0056c22:一切施王久已遠離國城、妻子、倉庫、珍寶、一
T03n0153_p0056c23:切諍競,退入深山,修寂滅行;於汝何怨,
T03n0153_p0056c24:而將來此?」舉城人民,同聲願言:「諸大仙聖、
T03n0153_p0056c25:護世四王!願加威神擁護是王,令全生命。」
時,
T03n0153_p0056c26:婆羅門聞是語已,心生怖畏,將一切施疾至
T03n0153_p0056c27:王所,作如是言:「大王當知,我今已得一切施
T03n0153_p0056c28:王。」怨王見已,心即生念:「是王年壯,身體姝好、
T03n0153_p0056c29:容貌端正、其力難制;是婆羅門,年在衰弊,形
T03n0153_p0057a01:容枯悴、顏貌醜惡、其力無幾,云何能得是王
T03n0153_p0057a02:將來?」竊復生念:「將非梵王、自在天王、那羅
T03n0153_p0057a03:延天、釋提桓因、四天王耶!」怨王即問:「誰為汝
T03n0153_p0057a04:縛?」婆羅門言:「我自縛之。」怨王[1]詛言:「遠去,癡
T03n0153_p0057a05:人!」復更問言:「汝將非以呪術之力而繫縛
T03n0153_p0057a06:耶!汝身羸劣,彼身端嚴猶如帝釋,云何能
T03n0153_p0057a07:[2]繫?假使有人自言:『能吹須彌山王令如碎
T03n0153_p0057a08:末。』是可信不?」
爾時,怨王即告大臣:「汝等當知
T03n0153_p0057a09:今此難事,為是夢中,是幻化耶?將非我心悶
T03n0153_p0057a10:絕失志,錯謬見[3]乎?是老獼猴云何能縛帝釋
T03n0153_p0057a11:身耶?諸臣當知,豈可以藕根中絲懸須彌山
T03n0153_p0057a12:耶?可以兔身[4]渡大海耶?可以蚊𭪿盡海底
T03n0153_p0057a13:耶?」
時婆羅門,聞是語已,即向怨王而說偈

T03n0153_p0057a22:與我諍。然我怨心猶未得滅,我今自在能相
T03n0153_p0057a23:誅戮,以何因緣來至此耶?」
爾時,一切施王嬉
T03n0153_p0057a24:怡微笑,無有畏懼,身心容豫如師子王,而作
T03n0153_p0057a25:是言:「汝不知耶!我身即名一切施王,我欲
T03n0153_p0057a26:成就本誓願故。今來在此,有三因緣:一者、為
T03n0153_p0057a27:婆羅門而求錢財;二者、以汝先募,若得我身
T03n0153_p0057a28:將來此者,當重賞之;三者、我先誓願當一切
T03n0153_p0057a29:施,是故我來欲捨身命。汝今當觀,若我此身
T03n0153_p0057b01:命終入地,為何所益?我本所以逃入山林,非
T03n0153_p0057b02:以畏故,但為愛護諸眾生耳。汝今自在怨
T03n0153_p0057b03:心未滅,我今來此,隨意屠割而得除怨,心則
T03n0153_p0057b04:安隱,是故汝今應早為之。」即說偈言:

爾時,怨王聞是語已,從御
T03n0153_p0057b23:座起,合掌敬禮一切施王,作如是言:「唯願,大
T03n0153_p0057b24:王!還坐本座,汝是法王正化之主,我是羅
T03n0153_p0057b25:剎暴惡之人;汝是世燈為世父母,我是世
T03n0153_p0057b26:間弊惡大賊,專行惡法劫奪他財;汝是法
T03n0153_p0057b27:稱正法明鏡,我非法稱常欺誑他,猶如盲
T03n0153_p0057b28:人不自見過。如我等輩罪過深重,是身久
T03n0153_p0057b29:應陷入此地,所以遷延得至今日,實賴仁者
T03n0153_p0057c01:執持故耳,今捨此地,及以己身奉施仁者。」

T03n0153_p0057c15:月等照於物,滿眾生願;如如意寶見諸乞者,
T03n0153_p0057c16:心生歡喜;猶如慈母,見所愛子。是時,王子當

T03n0153_p0058a21:下太平。王子!我等悉是婆羅門也,居在遠方,
T03n0153_p0058a22:常承王子好喜布施,故從遠來,道路飢渴,備
T03n0153_p0058a23:受眾苦。王子!當知我等,受持清淨禁戒,多所
T03n0153_p0058a24:讀誦,無[6]有不綜。王子功德流布十方,聞風
T03n0153_p0058a25:稱讚無不愛樂,能令眾生所願滿足,有來
T03n0153_p0058a26:乞者無一空還,汝所乘象願見施與。」
爾時,
T03n0153_p0058a27:王子即作是念:「今若不與,則違本要;設當與
T03n0153_p0058a28:者,非我所有,復是父王所愛重者。」即便語言:
T03n0153_p0058a29:「君等若須金銀、琉璃、種種車乘、奴婢之屬,我
T03n0153_p0058b01:悉能與;此白象者,既非我有,不得自在,復是
T03n0153_p0058b02:父王所乘之象,云何輒當以相惠施?計是白
T03n0153_p0058b03:象價直幾許,我當與直,不令汝等有貧乏也。
T03n0153_p0058b04:何必正欲得此白象?汝婆羅門!憐愍眾生,出
T03n0153_p0058b05:家受戒,[7]已遠離一切之物,何用是象?汝若得
T03n0153_p0058b06:者,或更有患。」
諸婆羅門復作是言:「我等不
T03n0153_p0058b07:用錢財珍寶,唯須是象乘之入山,求覓好
T03n0153_p0058b08:華供養諸天已,當令眾生若生天上、或入涅
T03n0153_p0058b09:槃。王子本願欲利益他,我亦如是欲利益
T03n0153_p0058b10:他。」
爾時,王子聞是語已,即生悲心,便下白
T03n0153_p0058b11:象,[8]覆作是念:「此象雖是父王所有,今以布施,
T03n0153_p0058b12:大臣人民必當見嫌,欲利益他,何得計是!
T03n0153_p0058b13:然我所施,不求名聲生天人中,以是因緣,令
T03n0153_p0058b14:諸眾生斷諸煩惱。」作是願已,便持白象施婆
T03n0153_p0058b15:羅門,自乘一馬,還欲入城。
諸婆羅門既得
T03n0153_p0058b16:象已,便共累騎,迴還而去。忽爾之間,已到本

時諸大臣即共集聚,疾至王所,白言:「大
T03n0153_p0058b18:王!今日快善所重白象,王子已持施婆羅門,
T03n0153_p0058b19:諸婆羅門得已乘去,今到敵國;以王先時見
T03n0153_p0058b20:其布施金銀珍寶,不呵責故,致令今日復以
T03n0153_p0058b21:白象施與怨家。大王!世間惡子多諸過患,飲
T03n0153_p0058b22:酒樗蒲貪色費用,臣等敢[9]奏不咎責,王子
T03n0153_p0058b23:若能從今已往,更不以財惠施於人,則可聽
T03n0153_p0058b24:住;若不止者,便當擯之遠著深山。」

T03n0153_p0058b29:法者,應著草衣服、噉水果遠處深山;卿今不
T03n0153_p0058c01:應挑其右目以治左眼,卿於今日如何一旦
